They are brand new and shiny, however, the struggle to make it fit was not pleasant at all. My guy told me it was a struggle making it fit so it sits right. So far they are alright for the price. Ladies, you will definitely need a guy who knows about cars to install it.

Watched video on install, went a little slower than i would have liked, but it was more me, than the lights...removing outer skin of bumper was harder with the "tool" i was using.
