This Product is not very good for the Price at all!!! First of all the instruction dont tell you anything about how to assemble... Second it very small, I sit in it I feel squished I was really hoping that it would massage the upper part of my back but it hardly even touches its and I cant feel anything... The shipment came at different times. The first time was just the chair, then a few days later came the arms. Not sure why they were not shipped at the same time or together. The chair is pretty narrow and cramped. Feels more suitable for high schoolers rather than adults, especially when the airbags are inflated. ... show more

The chair gives a good massage in zero gravity and was super easy to put together. However, to sit in upright for a massage it is not very comfortable on the feet or back. The shoulder pinch area isn't that comfortable either. I kinda wish I had spent a little more and ordered a different chair.
