This is a very nice waterless diffuser, atomizer. Function is controlled by well organized button controls. Scent is strong enough for a portable diffuser. So far, it is functioning well and the appearance coordinates well with any interior environment. I'll have to see how the battery charge and battery life hold up over time. This is my 3rd attempt at a waterless essential oil diffuser. The first 2 clogged up so easily in the first week despite my care and cleaning according to the manual. This little guy really is powerful and does fill a decent space. I got the dark gray color and is inconspicuous. I really do like the design of the large glass jar at the bottom vs. the tiny neck jars and you get the added bonus of extra tubes. Nebulizers tend to be noisy, but this one is not. I fell in love with the concept of these but became very frustrated with poor products. I am glad that I did not give up and took a chance on this one. I just wish the "hotel" scent oils weren't so pricey. Those are my favs. ... show more

    • Nice to have something that works without water

Yes, it works, but instructions are minimal. Aroma is wonderful; much better than those apparatuses that use water. It says it works with 5 ml bottles of essential oil. It sure doesn't work with all brands of 5 ml bottles--some are taller than others. I gather you're supposed to thread the oil tube through any plastic/rubber stopper in the bottle and screw the bottle into the bottom of the metal part of the diffuser and, then, fit the 5 ml bottle into the glass bottom of the diffuser. Taller than average bottles make this impossible. No instructions. It also says it works with up to 100 ml of essential oil. Does that mean you pour the 100 ml of oil into the glass receptacle and insert one of the oil tubes into the glass receptacle? Then, screw the glass receptable into the working part of the diffuser? No bottle required? Again, no instructions. There are also the confusing instructions not to use certain essential oils, but not with "mixed" oils. As long as you avoid the forbidden oils--i.e. dried orange peel, eaglewood and camphor tree--why can't you use essential oil blends, especially those you make yourself? As for cleaning, how the heck do you clean those little oil tubes? Frustrated new user. ... show more

Nice looking. Easy to set & use. Easy to see how much liquid is left. Very effective diffuser. Can be used plugged in, or run on battery power. Makes it great for homes or vehicles (or areas that don't have convenient electrical outlets). Only things keeping me from a "5" rating are (1) would like more options for amount & frequency, to accommodate small rooms & vehicles as well as larger rooms; and (2) would like to have a larger storage chamber for the liquid. This diffuser is the perfect size! I was not looking for something that stood out and was noticeable, this is sleek and small but delivers the perfect amount of scent. The intermittent feature was also important to me, I might enjoy a bit of a longer pause, but this still does the job. It is new to me, but was a bit challenging to screw my 10ml bottle onto the diffuser. I'm sure that will get easier. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase! ... show more
