I purchased this as well as another 4 container set from Chef's Path. The containers are very well made and appear to be a very well made product. I have only had them for about a week but so far so good. They appear to be very airtight and come in a various sizes to hold an array of different items. What sets these apart from other containers like these on Amazon is Chef's Paths customer service, specifically Waleed. I had a minor issue with a small crack on one of the containers, I messaged the seller about it and was responded to immediately. I had a replacement in my hand in two days. Waleed kept in contact with me and wanted to know as soon as I got the replacement. This type of customer service is almost unheard of nowadays in our culture of most products being throw away and most companies only caring about a sale. Waleed and Chef's path are amazing and I will be buying more containers from them soon, once I get done determining how many more I need, and they are the only company I will buy containers like these from....ever. I am extremely satisfied with the containers and am blown away by Waleed and Chef's Path customer service. Buy these...you won't regret it. ... show more

This is the letter that I emailed to Chef's Path a week ago (01/16/2024) and have gotten no response so thought I would post here in hopes that I would get some customer service: Please help! I need only a replacement lid. That's it! I had an issue with one of my lids and hoped I could get a replacement for it. I looked at my Amazon history to pull up the order number and see that I have ordered Chef's Path products 7 times from April of 2020 until 2023! I had no idea I was so organized! :) I love the Lock Lid products and have so much of my kitchen organized with these wonderful containers. My most recent ORDER # 114-... and on one of the lids, the small plastic part that holds the suction on the lid broke so that lid will no longer stay closed. The rest of the set is fine. I just need a replacement on the one lid. I still have the broken lid and can return to you, if need be. The small plastic part however dropped into the food so in disposing of that, it went into the trash. Please advise me of what I need to do or how I can obtain this lid replacement. Thank you so much for these wonderful products! I so appreciate your help! ... show more

The plastic flip piece on the lids snap easily and the whole lid comes apart. Now I have a whole set of basically unusable containers because I can’t seem to find replacements, and they are not compatible with other lids.
