I am 5'7" and 225lbs. I wear an XL t-shirt but got this lifejacket in 3X. So glad I did. It fits slightly snug when zipped but it is stretchy. I like everything else about the product.

I would size up. Thankfully we didn’t end up needed the life jacket because the boat had a better fitting one. Size up from the measurements menu. My son is very slender, and it still didn’t fit his weight. It was so tight even when we loosened the straps as far as they could go. It may be better to get fitted in a store. ... show more

My child is 10 years old, weighs 100 lbs and 4’8” tall. I saw reviews that said it ran small therefore I decided to size up. My child’s chest size is 32.5. The size chart recommends X-Small (32.5-35) , but I got the small size for 35-37.5 inches. When it arrived, I couldn’t zip up the vest. It was 2 inches far apart and I really had to struggle hard to pull the edges together to zip up the jacket. Couldn’t be worth it if I have to put up a struggle everytime as the material isn’t stretchy. I am going to return this product and buy the next bigger size which would be medium 37.5-40 inches.The sizing chart cannot be more wrong But I am giving 4 stars just because the material itself was lightweight and looked like it will be very comfortable if it fit right instead of being tight ... show more
