    • Hawk told rope up the right way and it will work properly.

I see people say that tube gets pulled under water. That is because you have the rope through the top of the hole instead of coming up through the bottom of the hole . Attaching a row coming up through the bottom holes the front of the tube up in the air preventing it from going underwater. If you put the loop from the top down and attach it pulls down in the tube pulling underwater. ... show more
