    • Extremely Comfortable Mattress
I got this new one to replace a 7-inch memory foam mattress that does not have inner-spring coils or any such thing for extra support. It's many years old and had definitely started to show it's age with odd lumps. We're definitely sleeping better now! My back, neck, and hips are loving the extra support at night. We opened it in the morning, allowed it to off-gas & breathe until bed time then added our sheets. It's recommended you let it air out longer but we needed to get it on the bed and out of the way. The memory foam and extra gel layer are great. I added another mattress protector on top of the one this comes with and it fit fine. I learned the hard way having kids you can never be too careful. It's important to note if your bed frame does not have a solid board base you'll want to have something there to support the mattress. It's not absolutely necessary but memory foam can push through bars over time with enough pressure making it uncomfortable. For a child or small teen it probably won't matter but being two grown adults we definitely found over time having some support there makes a difference on how well the mattress performs over time. This arrives in a large box rolled up, it did take two of us to unbox it and roll out so it could start to decompress. It wasn't difficult to do. One person could likely do it themselves. Be careful if you are using a box cutter because the mattress is packed in very tightly and there is no room between the box and it. The smell was a tad stronger than I expected. I could smell it faintly the first night but again, we did not give the full 24 hours as we had limited time for us to set this up. We're busy and sometimes don't have a ton of time for projects.     • Comfortable and affordable
I replaced a 15 year old "sleep number" mattress. I got the 10" queen sized mattress and plopped it right onto an old Ikea wooden frame. Perfect fit, easy to handle and set in place. It is a noticeable improvement over my old mattress and has provided comfortable rest and lounging while typing reviews and watching TV. Packaging was several layers of shrink wrap and/or vacuum sealed plastic, so it arrives heavy but super vacuum compacted. Cut through the plastic, (carefully) and it begins to inflate like a life boat. I let it sit a day before I put it in to use. No real odor to speak of. Bottom line: It is on the softer side of "medium firm". I would not want a bed any softer. If you are looking for a more firm mattress, keep looking - this is not the one for you.....but if you're looking for a softer mattress at a good price, this one will not disappoint. ... show more

I love this matress so much. If you didnt have a matress at all and just a box spring, you would still feel like you are sleeping on at least two matresses. It supper soft and comfortable. I its very cushiony and supports you fully. You really cannot feel your partner moving on the bed. I LOVE THIS THING 100% 5 OUT OF 5 FOR ME!!!!! ... show more

    • Took ages to arrive but worth the wait!
It took a few weeks to arrive but it's also pretty heavy so it wasn't a huge deal. I got this to replace my 6+ year old Ikea mattress that has outlived its usefulness, and also because I need more support for my back while I sleep. This mattress didn't take too long to reinflate to its full size (I opened it up in the morning and it was ready by bedtime, and I was really impressed with the support and comfort it provides! I wanted to give it a few days to really get a feel for it and my back was a little sore after the first night but I think my body was adjusting to having actual support again, and it hasn't hurt since, which is wonderful considering I was having a lot of backaches before. I haven't had trouble falling asleep on this, and it fits my bed perfectly which is really nice. Overall I'm really happy I decided to finally update my mattress and I definitely recommend this one! ... show more

Amazing!!! So very comfortable. It is a bed in a box so it is more convenient to put in the bedroom and on the frame than a regular mattress. It is breathable. I love the thickness. 10” but it’s a true ten. It seems to be great for my husband too! This would be good for every day use or at a camp or spare bedroom. Such an affordable price too. I have been wanting to try a mattress like this for a long time, and it's AMAZING!!! I highly recommend. It's extremely heavy in the package when it comes, so you'll definitely need some help moving it around and getting it into the room you want the mattress.

We’ve needed a new bed in our guest room to replace an old sofa bed thats long past it’s prime, so I put this on a cheap platform and it’s SO comfortable! I took a nap in there last weekend to see if it held up when actually slept on and woke up with no back pain, which is a new thing for me! It's great! PROS: No chemical smell. I could smell a bit of the foam, but it went away in less than 24hrs Expanded to full height in just under 24hrs Love the rubber dots on the bottom for anti-slide since this is going on a platform frame Love the cover. It's so soft Huge fan of it being hybrid (foam and innersprings) Firmness is just right. There is give to feel soft without feeling the springs, and firmness to not feel like you're sinking.
