We decided on the spur of the moment to finally upgrade our mattress during this past prime day sale and ended up getting a great deal on the King sized Nectar Mattress. It was half off, I’ve heard great things about these beds in the past and after carefully doing some research just to make sure it would fit our needs, decided why the heck not and purchased the bed. It came within three days and after setting up a new bed frame for it we unboxed it-which I would do with help as the box is heavy and the sealed plastic covering the bed is a little harder to get off alone, although I’m sure someone could do it by themselves but would be much easier with help. Some reviews said the bed takes days to fully inflate but ours inflated fully within moments, almost instantly. The picture attached to my review is taken not even twenty minutes after we unboxed the bed. It is firm but also has the memory foam feel that has your body sinking in slightly and conforming to your body as you lay down. I’m a shorter, bigger woman about 260 lbs and it’s just the right amount of soft and firm for me. I add that because some people have suggested that the hybrid model mattress is a better fit for larger people as the medium firm model may be too firm and uncomfortable for larger bodies. I’m so ridiculously comfortable and relaxed in this bed and have slept better than I have in quite a while so that’s not the case for me at least. My fiancé is about 190 and taller and he’s equally comfortable and satisfied with the bed. This is simply the best mattress we’ve had in ages, only to be rivaled with our old Tempur-Pedic we had years ago which was the best sleep I ever got on any mattress in my twenty some years of life. This bed is up there on that level though and more affordable so I’m extremely satisfied with this purchase. If your debating whether to buy this bed or not I wouldn’t wait, amazing sleep and comfort are just an order away! ... show more

As a single male, I needed something that was a step up from the camping cot I was sleeping on in my new apartment. The cot is great... but not for guest... It was $40 and I just left Active Duty... I didn't have belongings... so no judging... I digress. This mattress came in an easy to move box. I live on the 3rd floor and didn't have any issues moving it by myself. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that.... When I tried to move a recliner; I knocked on a neighbor's door for help. I asked her how much for a hand, and she said $20. Then when she saw the recliner she got upset and walked away. I then moved it by myself. Very rude... Not fun. Not fun at all. So again, this mattress being easy to carry was very much appreciated. The installation process was easy and now I have a new letter opener that I still use when my knife isn't on me. Win, win. This bed is pure awesomeness. I fall into it, and I don't want to get out. Best comfort in awhile. I have had beds I purchased for way more money and they were not even a half of the awesomeness this bed brings. It is worth every penny. I am a light sleeper, and I appreciate how well has treated me. I have been using this bed for 5 months and still like it enough to come here and write this review. King size 14 inches. Very comfortable mattress. It took a couple of days to get fully formed. If you are looking for a comfortable mattress at a good price this is it! Best Mattress I ever had. My previous mattress was a temperpedic. When first opening there was a slight smell that dissipated quickly. I have lower back problems and this bed has helped me sleep with much less to no pain. Update again: I recently was diagnosed with degenerative lumbar scoliosis and will be having back surgery, I moved this mattress to my reclining base, and so much better on my back. I have had this mattress almost a 1.5 years and it has held up so far very well. I sleep so much better with this mattress than my more expensive one I had. Update: after sleeping on this mattress for about a month, I sleep great and my back isn't bothering me as much anymore. Let me first by stating , I am 227 lbs so take this in mind. The mattress inflated fast, like within an hour fast. The mattress as stated ny others is very soft, but again I am 227 lbs. It's a little softer than I like but I have a Serta I comfort bed also , this mattress was to go into the spare room which I decided to give away a full bed Sealy Posturepedic memory foam mattress to this one that is queen. I personally liked the Sealy mattress better. I have back problems so I switch beds time to time, my Serta I comfort is very firm so sometimes I prefer a softer mattress. I have been sleeping on the Nectar mattress for several days and it seems to be doing good for my back and I am getting used to it. It's by no means terrible, I'm sleeping fairly well on it but it is very soft, a little bit softer than I prefer . ... show more
