I haven't slept on yet. But, I inflated it and it feels great with an unzipped sleeping bag laid on it first. Someone said the pump doesn't deflate. It does. You have to remove the pump from the housing and use the middle of the three adapters and attach it to the pump and the large outlet hole.

I liked how quickly the mattress inflated. The black unit appears to be able to switch to allow you to deflate the mattress; however, it doesn't fit. I have to open the plug and roll the mattress to deflate it. Other than that, I am happy with the mattress.

We did a group trip. I love that this had a pump with a place to keep it and did not need an outlet and were told outlet access was not guaranteed. We didn't end up having one so I'm glad I got this. It was comfortable enough for an adult to actually sleep with at the Stingray encounter at Sea World. I used the pump for this and one other smaller mattress. The bag was handy and I put our smaller one in too. I'm sure the price is good but I don't think I will need it again. I'm not a camping type but could not fathom trying to sleep on the ground. ... show more

After only two weeks of using the product, indoors, in a stationary place, it has started deflating completely within four hours of a full inflation. What a terrible waste of money.     • Compared an air mattress to a conventional camper mattress of medium firm foam quality.

Compared the air mattress to conventional camper foam mattress: Comparatively, the surface structure (having multiple dips) of the air mattress feels uncomfortable. Furthermore, the air mattress bounces decentrally located, lighter body segments when the more central and heavier body core moves significantly. The mattress moves air volume to the places of least resistance and feels bouncy. Last but not least, the mattress length is a true 75", but the radii between the surface and the side walls cut the usable surface length (and width) by 5" each. This mattress may be one of the better air mattresses. As a camping mattress for constant use, when installed in an RV, it is not desirable. Probably, I should have known better! ... show more
