Had less than 60 days, left hearing aid failed and would not work as it was meant to. Tried it several times but could not get it to work properly. Attempted a refund but the "return window" closed 30 days after purchase, so here we are within 60 days after purchase with a faulty hearing aid that we are stuck with. ... show more

I've tried a few different hearing aids for my mom over the years but these are a step above the rest. It came nicely packaged and they are good quality. My mom likes that these go just in your ear and you don't have to mess with over the ear wires, perfect for people who wear glasses and it's great these come with multiple size ear tips to get the best most comfortable fit out if them. This was a big complaint from my mom in the past. She loves that they are rechargeable and last for days. No more changing out those small pesky batteries!     • Squel loudly if you put your hand close
I've had these just a few days, but so far, I don't like them at all. They are too big for my ears even with the smallest ear buds. They stick way out from ears. They squel even when I just put my head close to anything. There is going to have to be a miracle for me to keep them.     • Squealing, had to return
Hubby couldn’t use these because no matter what he did they wouldn’t stop squealing. It was horrible. I could hear it on the other side of the room. He contacted the company customer service, they were nice but suggested we return them and try another pair. The product description says noise canceling? These are just amplifiers they don’t connect to the phone or anything. I cannot attest to the noise cancellation because they were too busy screaming. We haven’t replaced them because hubs doesn’t want to hassle with it right now. If we do try again I will update this review. ... show more

    • Good product, good service.
Worked fine the first day or two. Then the right one went dead. I tried several solutions, but nothing helped. Emailed Aimsumi and received a canned response suggesting I get a hearing test. Texted again and I insisted the right ear aid was not working. They then suggested I return the product and a new set would be sent out. Received the new set within 2 days, but in the meantime the right hearing aid somehow started working again. It's been working fine ever since. Both left and right ear are working perfectly. I returned the replacement hearing aids they sent. Didn't even open the box. I am impressed by the company's willingness to satisfy this customer. They were very responsive. There was no phone number that I could find, but they responded to my email. The charging box and everything else works like a charm. I'm pleased with the product and the company. ... show more

    • Not for anyone with a small ear canal
Only had them for about three days and the biggest problem with the hearing aids was keeping them in my ears despite using the smallest coverings. They fell out numerous times which very annoying. Sound quality was…meh, at best. Lots of screeching issues most likely because of the poor fit.

    • Worked great but...
They seem to have some noise canceling and aren't as annoying with eating, my own voice and wind. I thought these would be smaller in size. They stick out of my ears, making them very noticeable. I have a small head. Otherwise good for the money.
