    • Never stopped screaming
Instructions said that some “loud sound” is normal while trying to adjust. It’s actually a piercing scream, and to leave it in the ear while adjusting will damage your hearing. Don’t buy this!

    • Back ground noise.
This was purchased for my husband. Truth is he wouldn’t wear them after the first time so possibly the unit needs to be worn longer to get smart to your surrounding environment.

    • Squealing feedback can't be adjusted out.
Even with tight fit on the ear inserts, and set at lowest volume, they squeal at the slightest sound change or head movement. Tried all ear inserts, but could not get them usable. Had to send back.

    • Most of the earplug don't stay on
If the earplugs that are attached to the unit as shipped don't fit, you are SOL. All the additional plugs don't fit on the unit and will fall off in your ear.

They worked ok for maybe 2 months. Then one just quit working. You get a 30 day window to return them. They suck
