I bought this ear aid for my mother-in-love who barely here us without equipment. So, the difference is obvious. She even complains about the high sound she hears and sets it to the lover sound option... It is pretty small to hide in the ear and the chosen color makes it nearly invisible. I came in a chance because of all the confuse, but it does not have a higher End, it sounds very robotic for personal as hard hearing, especially elderly. I would not buy this product if I had to get a bit stars do not spend your money. This is a piece of trash. Maybe you can buy something

These hearing aids continuously squealed with just about any movement. The volume even on setting #1 was way too loud. Was not a good product for me.

    • They do work, but get a lot of screeching.

These hearing aids do work, but will give a loud screech if anything gets near them. A charge will last the work day. Crumbling up a piece of paper or a wrapper is unbearably loud, even on low. Anything involving water running/flushing is super loud. I can hear normal conversations louder, which helps. It's mainly the screechy feedback that is a problem. If you get both of them doing it at the same time, they can keep each other going. Only thing that stops it is removing one until it stops. I assume wearing a hat with them in is not possible. I will wear these until I can see a specialist for quality units. ... show more
