I absolutely love this punching bag. It came with everything that you need to get it set up correctly and is very durable. You do need to fill the bad up yourself which can be a pain depending on what you use to fill it. I used sand to make it more dense and it worked great. It comes with gloves for you to use and wraps as well. The gloves are great. They fit my small hands well and was not too tight or top loose. Overall really great durable product that helps me get my workout in. Decided to hang it from my pull up bar since that was easier for me personally. Weight came out to be 30 lbs with the old clothes. Filled up the bag with old clothing and that did the trick. The gloves are also really great and comfy. The wrist straps are pretty long and take a while to put on so I don’t use those too often. Jump rope and grip strength device are an awesome plus point too which I do in my spare time. So am trying to hang the bag but the bolt end is rounded so how are the installed? The Nut goes up to or on the bootom after you remove it from the concrete sleevs Not you standard lag bolt to hang and also no instructions to hang

So the hooks are terrible just purely bad and the punching bag is empty you have to fill it up the gloves are already ripped and when you punch the bag the hooks become undone and recently one of the triangle hooks came off and cant be put back in overall waste of 60 dollars DONT BUY.
