I love these pans. I did a sample run before Easter and found out three things. 1. Spray all sides of pan and the divider. 2. Use two packages of mix, pans are 8x11, but take out a cup or put mixture in half way up sides of pan. Baking over the divider is not good. 3. Let cool before you take divider out. You end up with great brownies and not a broken mess. I added some cute spring sprinkles before the oven and they all looked wonderful. I put the brownies in cupcake papers (slightly flattened) before they went into the covered aluminum pans used for gifting. They looked wonderful and no mess all over the place. ... show more

I was hoping this brownie pan would give me all edges on my brownies. While that didn't happen, it is nice to have a dishwasher-safe brownie pan that cuts them into 18 pieces. Just spray the pan and the dividers with cooking spray and you're good to go!

No more unequal brownies with this awesome pan! Brownies just slide off the blades in this pan and then you have all the same size. My only complaint is that clean up is a little difficult as there are so many blades to check.

Just a quick spritz with non-stick cooking spray from all directions and then I wipe the edges of the pan with a paper towel to get rid of any overs-pray of the "Pam". Remove the Divider insert and place it on the paper towel that was used for wiping the pan edges and pour in the prepared brownie mix and gently lower the divider insert into place and throw it in the oven! I get great results baking about 5 minutes less that the instructions on the brownie mix's box (Ghirardelli). ENJOY! Oh, when I am storing the pan and divider, I place a couple of paper towels in the bottom of the pan and nest the divider into that with the paper towel between the pan and the divider (protecting the non-stick surface). ... show more
