I am amending my previous comment (see below) and given this item a "4 star" review thanks to the outstanding Aiho customer service I experienced. In communication with the Aiho representative who consulted with a company engineer, my hardware problem with the chair could not be resolved in a timely manner. Aiho offered to send me another chair or refund my purchase. I chose the refund. I do not want two of these! I am going to have to come up with a creative solution so the chair I have can actually be used as intended. I think I will need to drill new holes to reposition the internal wheels on the "rollout" frame and attempt a large screw and bolt system. Fingers crossed. I received both boxes containing a "large sized" chair today and set about putting it together. Everything was in the box and the instructions simple. HOWEVER, an internal wheel to the chair that allows the bed extension to roll in and out out could not be bolted in because the collar on the threaded insert was not attached (glued/soldered?) to the frame. Thus the wheel could not be tightened to the frame. This was not an issue with the other wheel. I have to go through Amazon to contact the seller and have done that for guidance on how to fix this short of sending the entire bed back. Except for this small detail that essentially eliminates the reason I bought the chair, I think it would have fulfilled my purpose to serve as a bed for my visiting grandaugher. As a side note, I did buy a twin sized 2" foam mattress topper given reviews on how uncomfortable the pullout bed was. The topper is too big width wise, but would work in a crunched up fashion. If the seller is able to provide guidance on how to 'fix' the wheel, I will amend my review and give a higher rating! ... show more

Overall I am happy with the chair, once I finally got it assembled. It is not the softest chair, a little firm- but love that it has so many functions. It looks great in my space. The box is pretty big too- larger than I thought. It was a problem at my apartment building, as it was left in the foyer by Amazon without letting me know. Definitely need two people to bring the box in or a dolly to pull it on. I was overwhelmed at first with the amount of parts and pieces to put together. I ended up having to install it the morning after it arrived, and was able to get it together. It just takes some patience, and a cup of coffee to put together! ... show more

At first reading the reviews I was a bit skeptical about the comfort of these chairs. I chose them because I like the fact it could fold out for guest or just a mid day nap after eating a large lunch. I added some wheels so that I may move it around in my shop and for easy cleaning underneath. The only issue I have is the blocks that stop the foot rest from coming all the way out should be a little wider or longer. Other than that it is a simple build and (it's not a Serta mattress but) fairly comfortable chair for a great price! I love it so much I brought a total of three and will be buying the yellow one next! ... show more

i have neither of those things in mass quantities, so had to have outside help to get the 70 pound box upstairs and to help set it up. The person got it set up in under 30 minutes. It's sturdy, but if you're like me with a bad back and knees, you will want a 3" pad or something. Would be great in a nursery for night feedings for human babies. ... show more

Price great, easy to put together, separate pieces are not heavy, very functional, perfect for use every once in a while, but definitely not comfortable. Cushions are hard, but it's honestly a great buy for the price and ease of installation. Extra padding makes it perfect.

It’s exactly as pictured!! Decent quality! The only thing is it says it has 3 positions for the back but it only has two. Either up or all the way down like a bed. Really neat because they are basically two beds if needed which is perfect for company!!
