We love the sleeper chair ottoman! It’s perfect for our small space, which badly needed a futon replacement. We mostly don’t need an extra bed, but it’s super handy to pull out when needed, and makes a fine spot to sit otherwise. It’s not super soft, but throw some pillows and a throw on, and you’re good. If you are looking for a multifunctional piece of furniture, this thing is amazing! It comes out of the box completely assembled, first of all, and was incredibly sturdy, no wobbles, no creaks or sway that suggests poor workmanship or shoddy materials. Very solid and incredibly easy to convert between setups. I like this item this item wasn’t fully assembled due to missing a screw when I got the item out of the box the lower part that was missing a screw it feel on my foot I would of send it back due to it is heavy and box tore up I keeper it

    • Extremely happy with this convertible chair, even happier with the customer service.
Some quick background details: I am in a small living space and was looking for a convertible ottoman that would fit underneath my desk, for when I'm working, but could also serve as a lounge chair for when I read or watch TV. This chair exceeded my expectations and works great for my needs. It folds up very small and is comfortable when converted into a lounge chair. The padding is quite firm, which I like, and the adjustable angle of the backrest provides a comfortable, supported position for more upright activities like reading as well as for more laid back activities like watching TV. I've ended up falling asleep on the chair and slept through the night multiple times. The customer support provided by the seller is fantastic. After a couple of weeks of owning the chair, I reached out with a minor concern and they were quick to respond and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.
