I personally like these sponges a great deal. Yes, they are thin (about half the thickness of the average sponge), however you do not notice any loss when you are washing your dishes. I have purchased many scrub/sponges in the past, expensive types and cheap types. The main difference between those being how long the scrub side lasts. The scrub side on these work great and do not degrade quickly, so you are able to use them for a much longer period of time. They also do not seem to retain bacteria as easily as any of the other sponges I have used. They do not get that "ick" smell (usually means it is full of bacteria) that all the other sponges I have used, tend to get. I am thrilled to have found a biodegradable sponge that cleans as good or better, and that lasts longer than the non-biodegradable sponges. This is now my go to sponge, and I will continue to purchase them. So if you care about the environment, and/or just want a decent sponge, albeit thin, try this one out. ... show more

    • I Will Never Buy That Famous Brand Again

I was skeptical. Some reviews were unfavorable. Don't pay attention. Yes, they are smaller and not as thick. Yes, the packaging is weird. This is true. But the performance is where it is at. I have been using the first sponge for a little over two weeks and it can keep going. No smell. No stains. It hasn't crumbled or separated like even that famous brand is known to do. Today I will retire this sponge and put out a new one. But I am not discarding the used sponge. I will repurpose it for pet accidents on the floor or other odd clean-ups. I plan on rotating this pack of sponges this way. As far a being thin, I like it. It gets into corners and harder to reach areas of my pots, pans, etc. It is actually better. Anyway, I never imagined that I would spend my Saturday morning writing a stellar review of a sponge. I swear I have an active life! lol Just buy them They are great sponges at a terrific price. 😀 ... show more

These are fine. Just fine. I have to say, I was surprised when I first received them, because they are smaller and thinner than the brand I typically purchase (I should have read the reviews). That said, they were also quite a bit less expensive. I can see how some people might actually like the smaller size (better at getting in and around small spaces like the inside of cups and mugs). However, I prefer the more typical sponge size. I do prefer this more natural scrub sponge material over those options that comes in blue or green and yellow (you know which ones I mean). Had no issues at all with scratching my non-stick pots and pans and the scrubbing power was just fine. Overall, it does the job and are a good budget option. ... show more

I didn't know, they make sponges for printers 😂😂😂 It's SO THIN! BUT. Looks can be deceiving. This skinny things work better then their fat brothers!!! Love them

Both the sponge and scrub material are good quality, however, the sponge is super thin! This sponge in the pic has been used for two days so it is fully expanded.

At first I was disappointed in how things they were even after opening and putting in water. And then I realized, they still hold up just as well as non eco friendly, they are tough but don't scratch the surfaces, and a good price! These are great!

These are quite a bit smaller than your typical sponge, but they work just the same. They clean the dishes great. And to top it off, these sponges seem to last longer than those bigger sponges that I have bought at Walmart. I still replace it every 2 weeks, but I probably don't have to. It's not gross and it doesn't smell. I just purchased these for a 2nd time, and will continue to do so. ... show more
