Lovely little machine, works great so far. First day using it . Ice making is quick . Just don’t like that the ice doesn’t stay frozen . It’s melty and keeps making ice as they melt . GREAT GADGET!!

I am updating my review since finally talking to the seller. They did send the part needed to fix my ice maker however another part broke. That being said the seller offered to refund me the purchase price. I glad we were able to resolve this matter. I bought this back in October 2023. The lift gate that pushes the ice cubes into the basket broken off the hinge. I bought the extended warranty however when filing the claim I’m told it’s still covered under the manufacturer warranty. I spoke to the manufacturer and they told me I have to go thru the company that sold it. Which has been no help. Don’t buy this brand ... show more

This is the second counter top ice maker that I've purchased, and I've found that they work well, producing a good amount of ice for an individual user at a reasonable price. However, the machines tend to break down after approximately a year. I bought this model in January 2023, and it stopped working as of late February of 2024. As long as you understand that the ice maker is probably going to die after a year, this inexpensive ice maker is a pretty good purchase, particularly when compared to models that are almost identical in construction that are priced higher. ... show more

This ice maker is amazing!! It makes ice soo much faster than any ice maker than I have ever own!! I fill my cup up full of ice & I never run out! It's AWESOME & AFFORDABLE!! I absolutely love this ice maker. It fits perfect on the counter, under my cabinets. See picture, no problem opening or closing ice maker. This little guy saved us a fortune. We have a 12 year old refrigerator that can no longer make ice, but does everything else very well. We didn't want to spend a lot of money on a new fridge and put a perfectly fine appliance into recycling/landfill. It makes ice so quickly and efficiently that even with 5 visiting family members that LOVE their ice, we had more than plenty of ice. We even put the ice this guy makes into our refrigerator's ice storage bin so it comes out of the door-dispenser just like the ice maker used to work. Very easy to use and fits on rhe countetop. I bought it in gray. The machine gives quick ice with just the right crunch. It melts quick so it's constantly making ice. This is good as you'll alway have ice, bad in that it's always making noise 24/7. The only time it doesn't run is if you turn it off, a piece gets in the way of the sensor, or it stops working. Mine stopped working right at the year mark. I paid $120 for it and wouldn't try it again for that cost. Today it's listed for $40. Definitely worth trying for $40. Best for those who don't sleep near the kitchen, the constant noise is disturbing. ... show more
