I already have a hair iron with me. A ok one from costco. The reason I wanted to try this one is... obviously, because of my hair! My hair is dry, thick and frizzy hair. The worst part? I am not good at styling hair! Anyway, I purchased this iron. The first impression was it's very pretty! Nice design with a luxury pouch! I did style my hair. I found out the reason why metal plate is better than ceramic plate. I could style easier and more prettier. My hair is more shiny too! One of the best part of this product is "Cordless". I realized that I was "wired" all the time I was using the last one. After I spend a day, my hair curl was still same as morning time. It was amazing because my thick and frizzy hair didn't remain same style for a whole day! I am taking this to my summer trip. Looks like it's a free-volt which means I don't have to worry about other countries' voltage. Yes. It's worth the money! ... show more

I was looking for wireless(codeless) Iron long time! I am make-up artist and photographer. Usually, I did make-up and hair styling for my customer before photoshoot. But it is big concern when I take photo outside like park. This is perfect for me and my customer! Finally, my problem solved now! It works very well and easy to use. Preheating time takes only 30seconds! I tested it on my hair first before using my customer. The Iron shape is smooth and round type, so wave styling is really natural.     • Terrible battery life, overheats easily

I was so excited to find a wireless straightener that’s half the price of the dyson on top of being a more attractive design. However, my excitement soon ended when I tried to use them the first time, the battery didn’t even last to straighten half of my hair, it couldn’t have been more than 15/20 mins before it ran out. I had charged them fully the night before, but thought it might not have been enough so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and charged them to complete the rest of my hair. After charging for a couple hours, I tried again but didn’t even get 5 mins into and they shut off because they were overheating. So I had to let them cool down (almost 30 mins) before they would let me use them again for another mere 3-5 mins. Rinse and repeat until I managed to finish my hair after a ridiculous 3+ hour ordeal. It usually takes me 45 mins max to straighten all of my hair. There was also an unpleasant chemical smell while using them. So sad, I wanted to love these, but it seems like the wireless/battery technology is not up to par. Not worth your money if you’re a frequent hair iron user who likes to straighten their thick curly/frizzy hair regularly. It produced an awful plastic burning smell which lurked into the room while my child was sleeping. My indoor air quality monitor recorded over 2300 ppb VOC. Overall I’m very disappointed. I don’t usually write reviews but this was hazardous for my child’s health.

I got this for my girlfriend for Christmas, and was reluctant to purchase it since it’s expensive and the brand doesn’t seem to be well known. She’s been wanting a new straightener for a while and I wanted to get her something on the fancier side, and let me just say I struck gold with this! So far she’s been really loving it. She enjoys that it’s cordless, and says she can fully do her hair twice on one charge. She also plugs it in and uses it if she doesn’t want to use much battery. I know nothing about straighteners, but this thing looks really nice and has a sleek, minimal feel to it. Thanks Aesty for making me the best bf ever this Christmas ;) ... show more

OK so I'm not into doing my hair for hours on end... there's not enough time in the day. I was mainly interested in the cordless feature... I thought it might allow me to multitask... so I decided to give it a try. Well let me tell you... A GIRL CAN DREAM AFTER ALL. This is by far the best hair straightener I've ever used. I have very curtly hair and it would typically take me 40 mins to straighten my hair, this thing takes me 5-7 mins at the most and I can keep walking around the house while I'm doing it, what more could you ask for? Make breakfast, while straightening my hair? Check! Drive to work, while straightening my hair? Check! Water the grass, while straightening my hair? Check! ............. the options are endless, just buy it! ... show more

This flat iron heats up very fast. And the battery last long enough for me to style my clients hair! I haven’t tried the unit yet. It is charging now, but I was really disappointed to see that my unit must have been returned. Make it look new at least. I know things are returned all the time for a variety of reasons but for this price make it look like a new unit. The cords for it were in tangles with the ties and plastic bags they came in just in the box. The unit itself has black scuff marks on it. I hope the unit is worth the cost. ... show more
