So I'm a intermediate DIYer and really wanted to buy a airless paint gun/machine, but the big box stores brands were way out of my price range. So I checked out several on amazon. I compared stats of several on Amazon to the Graco Magnum X7, because I had experience with that machine (I borrowed it from a friend) and this one had slightly better stats for ALOT less money. So firstly this is a really nice rig. I also own the other big box brand and this is just as good if not better. It includes a total of 5 tips, it shows 4 in the picture but there is also one in the gun as well. The tip extension is also included which is another awesome bonus. The competition includes only 1 tip and no extension. So you basically have everything you could possibly need right out of the box for spraying multiple products and surfaces. I've used this rig on multiple projects now and it works great. The most recent being a fence pictured above. This was a thicker latex porch paint and after checking the viscosity of my paint which was right on the cusp of needing to be thinned I decided to not thin it and the sprayer worked perfect. No clogs, no issues, took me literally minutes to spray and most of my time was prep and cleanup which was very little. The only difference I found besides getting a lot more for your money (the added tips and extension) was it seemed louder than my other rig, but it was to be expected because it has more HP and more GPM. So overall I would definitely recommend this sprayer and I would recommend it over the competition for the added tips and extension, plus you're getting more horsepower and gallons per minute for a better value. ... show more

This AeroPro airless paint sprayer impressed me when I realized that I received all the various tips, filters, extensions, and wrenches, plus the cleaning brush and extension hose that I needed to get started spraying immediately, right there in the box. I did not have to go out and buy additional parts before getting to work, like I did with another brand. This high-pressure, high-efficiency airless paint sprayer is suitable for smaller projects, and for occasional, rather than daily, use. I ordered it so I can spray opaque stain on my outdoor porch railing. It works quite well for spraying this thinner fluid, and is easy to service and clean during and after my day's work is done. The manufacturer claims no thinning of paint or stain is necessary, and that the tips are easily cleared if they get blocked, by simply reversing the direction of the spray tip and blowing the high pressure air through it . I was in the market for a sprayer to paint my shipping containers when this one came up. I am not going to be using this daily or even for work. It came ready with everything but a bucket. Sprays alkyd paint without thinning and clean up was as easy as one would expect with any painting project. This is going to be perfect when the cabin needs repainting.
