Previous review "Wont stop running even after my kid removes his foot from the sensor." UPDATE: Customer service has reached out to me for a working solution. This is what it means to back up your products when a customer has a problem and they definitely have come through. The scooter is well build, seems rugged and high quality so I had my doubts at first as to why it was failing, so I do believe this was a defective unit out of a million so I will update this review again once I use the new replacement being sent to me. ... show more
