The media could not be loaded. This ice maker is working so far and makes amazing sonic type ice and fast. So far I have not had any issues with it and have had it about a week now. I will report back if there are any changes. I haven't had any of the issues mentioned in the other reviews. Edit: it has totally stopped working. It’s cycling all the lights and shutting off. I’ve tried everything customer service has suggested but the machine won’t operate to complete their suggested maintenance repair. Trying to get a refund. Stinks. Worked great at first but I cleaned it and used it and the "ice full" light doesn't come on anymore and the machine just keeps running. I got it cuz it had 5 stars.

    • Stopped Working
Initially the ice maker worked perfect and we loved it. All of a sudden it stopped working. We tried all trouble shooting ideas and it never worked again. We returned the item.

Worked great for about a month then started barking and quit making ice. I cleaned it weekly because I know how delicate ice machines can be. Regardless, it is a cheap unit and as you can see the shaft that churns the ice and spits it out snapped. Waiting to hear back from the manufacturer. Amazon won’t offer a refund or replacement because I purchased it Dec 2nd. It was a Christmas gift for my wife so we didn’t start using until Christmas.     • Stopped working
I had it for about a week and was making ice good. Then it stopped making ice. Ran it through 2 cleaning cycles. Turned it back on and still nothing. Tryed contacting the supplier and no response.

Worked great for 2 months and then stopped producing ice. Required weekly cleaning to prevent mold/scum. Low but near-constant hum while running.

    • Makes Ice Quickly, Easy to Use, Often Requires an Ice Pick
This is a nice compact ice maker that works quickly. The pellet ice is nice. Just a heads-up: if you want to store it in your freezer for future use, and the ice is out for more a few minutes before you transfer it to your freezer, it will freeze together requiring an ice pick to break it apart.
