Among all size and types of picture frames out there in the market, this purchase was purely made due to a recommendation by a friend who had bought one for her parents. I had wanted a much larger frame one, but wanted to try this AEEZO digital picture frame (9 inch white) first. The minute I started sending & sharing pictures, I made up my mind to settle with this one. It is very easy to navigate, nothing too complicated, just touch screen, 16 GB storage, and it give me tears to see all our old pictures stored in one digital frame so that my parents can also bring out the old memories when our grand parents were alive too. We already have about 400 pictures that are displayed. My parents have this now in Korea, so once the picture frame is on and connected to wifi, I can send her all the pictures that I want to share with them. And the qualify of the pictures is exactly the same as you have them on your smart phone. A few complaints that I have is the loose connection for plug. I don't know why but the plug does not hold or insert into the socket properly, so the digital frame gets "off" (disconnected). This is the major problem with this - maybe it's only this specific one I purchased ....? Also, since it's touch screen, I wished it was possible to "move" the pictures into different orders. Everything is displayed in the order I send into the frame, so they are not chronologically displayed. But, I know this is something that cannot be adjusted just yet with digital photo frames just yet. ... show more

I have now bought 5 of these, for myself and various family members. It’s been over a year and they’re going strong. Can hold so many photos with no memory card. It’s great sending photos to family members far away. Easy to use app. Will continue buying them, as they make excellent gifts.

This was purchased as a gift for my Mother-In-Law for Mother's Day and it is WONDERFUL! The instructions gave step-by-step instructions making it easy to download the app and send pictures to the frame. Within the frame settings, you can manage the gallery of photos and rotate or change the orientation of the photo. The photos are clear, bright and vibrant. It’s a good quality frame. Easy to program and after you download the app it’s easy to send pictures to. Most of my pictures are too small for the frame but when you use the “fit to frame” feature the quality of the pictures drop significantly. No surprise there. Overall I like it. This frame is very easy to set up and use. I bought this for my parents so I could send pictures of their grandson to their frame. It has been seamless and they have got to see real time events in my son's life. They had a technical problem with the frame and they spoke with Maria from customer service. Maria was able to rapidly handle the problem and send them a replacement device. Very nice to work with a company that stands by their products. I highly recommend this frame. Product shipped and arrived quickly and was setup and loading photos within minutes of opening. Downloaded the app and sent the photos over thru WiFi with ease. Has a hanging option but we set it up with the removable kickstand and can stand up in portrait or landscape mode. Photos are crystal clear and even plays video with the audio.
