I have mild/moderate hearing loss and although these sound like your in a tunnel this is a good aid. Even-still, Input is good and touch functionality with modes is good and far greater than most OTC aids available at this price range. I found on several occasions without dislodging or touching the aid there would be short squealing feedback. Sometimes it’s due to environment noise or music that is at certain mhz. After a full day wear battery charge can get drained. Also, personally my ear gets sore as these are on the larger side for me. Note I don’t see much reviews about this; These aids do not have feedback when under fire or smoke detectors which is a big relief, most cheap aids/amplifiers have an infuriating sometimes deafening feedback (inaudible to naturally hearing people) when under smoke detectors in commercial buildings, airports, hospitals etc. this may be due to cheap electronics boards, this aid does NOT have this issue. I have tested several aids and found this feedback issue to be common with cheaply made CIC & BTE aids. ... show more

    • Junk! Had recharging issues after 35 days. Now won't charge at all at less than 90 days.
DO NOT BUY! For the money, they are not hearing aides. We knew that. But they should be able to last longer than 3 months. DO NOT BUY!
