  • 4 years and still going strong
Style: No Sidewall Color: Green
So far, this thing has withstood four years in the northeast US and it's still going strong! The only tear it has is one puncture where a stick from a tree above pieced it when it fell. Otherwise, it has withstood four winters without damage. Granted, I shovel off the snow after every storm and I did give it some paracord ribs to help support the cover under snow load, but I'm not one of those people who expect a tarp to hold tons of snow and wonder why it rips when it can't. It has also withstood some decent wind storms. Overall, for the price it is excellent. Was easy to assemble and reasonably durable. When it finally bites the dust, I'll probably buy another one. ... show more

  • Had for about a year, very worth it so far
Style: No Sidewall Color: Green
So everything fits very well together, the interlocking of the tubes is simple yet effective, takes 30 mins with 2 people and maybe a little over an hour if you set up alone. The tarp is pretty good and hold up nice to the sun and mild/medium winds(20-40ish mph). I live in California down range from a mountain so we dont get strong winds very often but when we have the couple times this thing has held up nicely. I cannot attest to snow but as long as you set it up properly, tie down and secure it the winds arent much of an issue as well as rain is no problem. The worst that happened is 1 of the loops that are meant for securing to the ground ripped apart when there was a strong wind storm but other than that the metal poles and tarp were unaffected. I would easily recommend this product to anybody looking for a sturdy, adjustable height tarp as this thing has not failed me ... show more

  • customer support
Style: No Sidewall Color: White
I bought the canopy in may 2022. I was pleased with the construction and quality. I used it during the summer of 22 and 23 at my camper where I have a seasonal lease (March thru November). On the third summer the top started to come apart at the top seam. I tried to buy a canopy online from a differant vendor but that canopy did not fit. I contacted customer support and explained the issue and they checked my original order and said they would sell me a new canopy and ship it for no additional cost. I was given instructions on how to remit payment and my new canopy arrived yesterday. I have not yet opened the box but I was impressed with the quality of their customer service. everything was handled through emails. Since the first canopy came apart at the top seam I can only assume it was from ultraviolet light exposure to the threads I will treat the thread on all the seams with a protectant for uv rays and I hope to get more than 2 seasons from the cover. Overall, dealing with their customer support has been easy and I would recommend them as a supplier. ... show more

  • Good value and easy to put together
Style: No Sidewall Color: Green
We are using these (we bought two) for two of our cars since we only have a one car garage. We originally wanted a single 18'x 20' canopy carport but they were unavailable. As it turns out using two that are 10' x 20' is working better. The frame is easy to put together especially because of the way the pieces all snap and lock together. Do not buy any brand where the pieces just push together. We helped a friend with that kind and the frame kept falling apart even though there were 3 of us trying to keep it together. The first one took about 3 hours to put up. The second- about 90 minutes. We did buy 35lb cement blocks to put the feet into. Or you can buy buckets, put the legs in them and then add cement about half way up (a little bulkier, not as pretty but you could add dirt and use them as flower planters!). The first one went next to our garage and we tethered the middle leg to the side of the garage. The second one went next to it and we used bungee cords to tether that one to the first. We did that because when we had 40-50 mph winds come through a week later, a couple of the feet, even with the 35lb blocks, moved a good foot or so. That said, they have been very stable during high winds. And that's also why we think the two smaller canaopies are better. We think the wind might really pull at the bigger one. We have agrred, should a hurricane hit Connecticut, we will take them both down beforehand! The kit comes with tie down cord and spikes that screw into the ground. We haven't used them yet. Ours are in a somewhat sheltered area. If your's in out in the open you might want to consider adding tie downs. We were surprised at how quickly it all went together and the second one was easy peasy. We put the entire frame together and then put the canopy over. I'm not sure that's what the directions say. We just thought that would be easier. You do need a ladder to get the top over. The taller the ladder the better. We are very happy with our choice. ... show more

  • Flimsy won't last
Style: with Sidewall Color: White
Lasted for a few months when it got a bit windy one evening. The next morning I noticed this thing flattened out in my driveway. Luckily I didn't have a car under it. Poles were twisted and bent so badly I wasn't able to save it. BTW every supporting foot were secured by sand bags. I should have taken pictures but didn't. Within minutes I had this disassembled and into the trash it went. Save your money and buy something better. This was a horrible waste of time money. ... show more

I think this canopy is a good value. It's fairly easy to install with two people, the material seems to be good quality.

  • Some good, some bad
Style: with Sidewall Color: Green
It’s very easy to put together even though the instructions are really god awful. The Good: it is sitting up currently and no rain is getting in after I secured some corners with extra tarp, staples and tape. Wasnt that expensive, I paid $300 for the carport with sidewalls. Tarp and steel seem to be good material (Though some pieces of steel had dents in them) The bad: steel pieces had dents in them and I had to use tools to straighten them out. Once you put the whole thing together and zip it up the walls aren’t big enough to cover it completely so the tarp will tighten and leave cracks at all 4 corners. (I fixed this with extra tarp, staples and tape) Instructions are horrid. Verdict: I would say overall it seems reliable but only time will tell. ... show more
