Machine was properly set up and didnt work. The error message said "gas leak" Because this is a reseller and not amazon It made the process VERY difficult. The customer service was difficult to deal with. They sent a return label but it was not postage paid. I was required to pay $186 to ship it back. Huge hassle. The machine is big and heavy. I am still waiting for my refund from Amazon for postage (hopefully today) and the refund from the seller. Very bad and time-consuming experience. Not at all recommended! ... show more

Got this delivered and had it installed in about an hour. Started making ice as soon as it was powered on. Makes ice very fast and efficiently. Highly recommend.

DO NOT BUY THIS ICE MAKER! Worse thing I’ve bought from Amazon. Had it professionally installed with filters and it just does not operate and produce ice reliably.

This purchase has been a purchase from hell, The refused to pay for this item to be shipped back. You can not use this model out doors. we originally purchased for our outdoor patio. Aviod this seller at all cost.
