  • Kin of squeaky
Size: Twin
Ok it was pretty easy to build and it’s not like falling apart or anything but it squeaks a lot. If you want to climb the ladder, it squeaks. Rotate? Squeak. SIT UP? SQUEAK. It was fine for the first few months so I think the screws are coming loose but it’s fine. It’s not too big or small, visually appealing, no parts were missing, and the ‘thickness’ is fine. It just squeaks so much. Looks really cool though. ... show more

  • Nice bed. Sturdy when solidly anchored. Ladder subpar
Size: Full
The Bed is nice. Adds a lot more usable space to the room. I got two of them both kids love them. During assembly, found that some of the welded in anchor points needed to be cleaned out with a thread tap, as they damaged the bolts trying to screw them together. Overall though, assembly was easy and took about an hour. The ladder leaves much to be desired. It is so narrow that my 10-year-old has trouble with it. I tried it, and found that it hurt my feet a lot because the rungs of the ladder are so narrow, it’s a lot of pressure on a bare foot. The solution for me was $50 in lumber and a little time to make some proper stairs/ladder. Worth noting that another reviewer suggested running a 2 x 4 stringer across the wall anchored to studs, and anchoring the bed to that. We used this idea and the bed is super sturdy now. Without this, the bed is very flimsy and wobbly. ... show more

  • Sturdy
Size: Full
This is a great loft bed but you have to have very high ceilings and you have to account for where the fan is in the room I was unable to use this and decided I'm not going to return it because I have no box for it I had already assembled it and I was just over the whole thing it would have fit great if the fan would not have gotten in the way. ... show more

  • Great Bed!
Size: Twin
First Off I would like to start off by saying when this bed is fully together it looks beautiful. This bed is very nice for the price and looks very mature and elegant in the room we are remodeling. I was worried about space but it fits perfectly and also has a really nice bit of room in the desk area. This is great since my sister is around 5’7”. Second off the assembly wasn’t too difficult and that’s coming from me, someone with two left hands and isn’t handy at all they’re was a couple issues with bolts going in properly but in the end all the hard work and time is well worth it. Another note I would like to add is I would definitely recommend having at least two people there when putting it together because at some points you just need an extra set of hands especially when it comes to flipping parts over and holding stuff still. Third, I would like to point out that the company is very helpful with any issues we had some confusion about the bed being full sized and the company returned our message in adequate time and reassured us it was a twin bed but in a full size box and also made sure to let us know that if we had any more issues to just reach back out and they’d gladly help. We haven’t had a chance to mount this bed onto the wall yet but when we do there is no doubt in my mind that it would be any less that perfect and just add more security to the structure of the bed. ... show more

  • Decent for adult woman
Size: Twin
I’m about 150lbs, and this bed supports me very well. I love the design because it gives my small room ample space, and it provides a great studying nook. Unfortunately, this bed is super unstable. It wobbles constantly, not only when climbing up but even during minor movements while lying down. The building process was infuriating. You will need your own drill for the desk and bookshelves because there are no prepared holes for you. Nevertheless, all pieces were accounted for, and the instructions were precise. In all, it took about four hours to set up this bed with help from my boyfriend. ... show more

  • Great purchase!
Size: Full
The media could not be loaded. This bed was purchased for a 10 yr old girl who is 5'3", 96 pounds. The bed came in two boxes and I did not have any issues with the bed being in the wrong box as others have mentioned. I ordered a full and the box was marked full. It came quickly and the only problem we had was on the fedex end, claiming they tried to deliver when they didn't. It was relatively easy to assemble. I did read other reviews that said to wait until the end to tighten everything which I did and had no issues. You definitely need space when assembling this bed, especially the full size. You assemble upside down and then have to flip it so you need room and clearance to do so. We also chose this bed because of the thicker steps on the ladder instead of the thin rods. This bed came with two ladders which wasn't a requirement for purchase but is nice to have options. We needed a bed that would allow for continued growth and accommodate the needs now and into the future. The desk was something that was a big selling feature. It was easy to assemble. The only issue I noted was that there was a place to insert a screw in the bed part but not on the desk, which creates a gap. I have enclosed a picture of that problem area. The bed is not anchored to the wall and there is movement as noted in the video provided. I will be using a small piece of 2x4 and anchoring that to the wall and then the bed to the 2x4 in order to keep any damage to a minimum on the wall. I used an 8" mattress in order to allow for about 4" of rail to prevent falling out. There is plenty of room in this case. I also added a hanging organizer by the head of the bed to put remotes, ipads, water bottle, tissues, etc in easy reach. This was also found on amazon. Overall this was an excellent purchase for the price. I am very happy with it. ... show more

  • Wobbly, not sturdy, nightmare to assemble
Size: Full
Edit: after I posted this review, the seller changed their max weight to 250lbs. Neither the seller nor Amazon has contacted me. If the bed weren’t 100+ lbs and a nightmare to return, I would return this bed or try to get some money back to purchase something more sturdy and safe. The bed is much more wobbly than I anticipated. The full size is advertised as having a weight capacity of 350lbs, but once the package arrives the limit is actually only 250lbs, making this bed unsuitable for heavier/larger adults. Assembly quite difficult because the instructions don't tell you which order to assemble the pieces. Was very excited and happy to finally have a bed but am ultimately very disappointed and feeling misled. ... show more
