It does what it says, but I didn't realize in order to raise my head I'd have to scoot up to where my pillow is hanging half off if I don't want it to bend my low back(which hurts). I'm going to need a grabber by the bed just for pillows.. Also, shipping was ridiculous, they kept moving the day or even the week, when I ordered prime bc I needed it right away. After they changed it a week and I had to explain I have to coordinate help with it bc I'm disabled, customer service apologized and sent it UPS, who left very little of the box left, and couldn't be bothered to leave it next to the door, if my tiny neighbor hadn't stepped outside and helped push it up to my door, it would have been rained on while I waited for help. Assembly appeared easy(if you can lift 100lbs), value is fine bc adjustable platforms used to be $2000, and I'm sure it weighs less than most platforms bc it's all wire under there. I haven't tested sturdiness really, quality would be the test of time. I will say, if I ever get a new mattress.. It will be less than 10", it folds kinda weird lol ... show more

This bed frame is well worth the money so far. I lost the remote control during the move and I tried to contact the seller in hopes of purchasing a new one, but they were surprisingly willing to replace it for free. Very prompt and professional service. Excellent company to work with.
