This is definitely made for 4 and under. Honestly, imo the picture quality could be worse. But you get what you pay for. I think this is a cute little "my first camera" gift for anyone 4 and under like I stated in the beginning. The sound is horrible, the video quality is laggy. i purchased this device for my 5-year-old grandson. it came in a beat-up box with no instructions. Just a camera and a cord, and a string. So I googled how to use it. Its a cute little camera. he will enjoy it i hope but should have been more with it. The pictures are a little grainy. These days don't have any money to waste and this feels like a waste. The quality isn’t good and it’s tiny but it’s perfect for a kid. A kid doesn’t need all the bells and whistles. Got it for my niece and she loves it. For $20…. I ain’t mad at it. It feels very cheap but I mean… it does takes pictures. Definitely a good camera for a toddler but I’m not sure how long it will hold up. Picture quality isn’t great but it’s a $20 toy camera so I kinda expected that
