The ArrowMAX 2.0 UV-LED water purifier offers safe drinking water straight out of your tap. Never worry about the quality of your water source ever again. The ArrowMAX 2.0 provides a flow rate of 2 liters per minute (0.52 gallons) and can dispense 120,000 liters of water in its lifetime. It comes with an Acuva Smart Faucet and can be hooked up to multiple waterlines. The exterior is made out of a high-quality polymer body casing. The ArrowMAX 2.0 is a chemical-free, mercury-free point-of-use systems that is NSF/ANSI 55 Class 'B' and NSF/ANSI 372 certified by IAPMO R&T.

I wanted to install aboard our sailboat. Unfortunately, some key items were missing from the package and the only remedy was to return to Amazon. The manufacturer could not supply individual components (flow restrictor and filter clips). Customer service was via email and was prompt and courteous. That being said, I personally value talking to someone on the phone about an issue with a product. The shrinking number of companies that offer that service always get an additional star in my ratings. Acuva has a phone number but I was never able to connect with anyone and never received a call back. The purifier appears well built, though I was not able to install. The kit should have all you need, but mine was missing parts. The amount of 1/4 inch tubing supplied is also very limited, which means any mounting location other than under the sink will be a stretch. I personally would prefer standard 1/2 inch PEX compatibility, but I understand that might not be possible with the desired flow rate. The electrical connections for 12 and 110 volt are straightforward, but I think a marine environment would be tough on the connectors. ... show more

I installed this in our Class A motorhome and really love it. We've never been too excited to drink campground water even when going through 2 filters before getting to the sinks. Now with the Acuva we have complete confidence in drinking that water for coffee, cooking, for making ice cubes, etc. No more buying bottled water in 16 oz. or gallons. Was not too difficult to install after watching YouTube videos. Has become one of the favorite mods we've done to the RV. ... show more

I have been living aboard my boat for years and have always struggled to find the perfect water purification system. I tried filtering before I fill the tank, but didn’t like the taste of tank water. The systems they sell at West Marine are huge, complicated to install and the filters don’t last that long. I’m super pick about water and always resort to a high end countertop unit. A couple weeks ago a friend recommended I check out the Acuva ArrowMax 2.0. I did some research and found that checked all of my boxes. It looked small and compact, easy to install, filter takes out contaminants but leaves minerals and lasts for 3 years, kills bacteria and viruses with UV, and comes with all of the parts so I could to it myself. It arrived 2 days after placing the order. The instructions were well written and simple and had a nice diagram that was easy to follow. It came with an AC or DC option and would be simple to change between the two for future trips. The spigot itself is really nice to touch and has a cool light that shows it’s on and working when you’re getting water. It turned out I had to go to a plumbing store and get an additional fitting as I have very old discontinued plumbing on my boat (polybutylene), so had to adapt it to PEX, which I was able to do with the help of their excellent customer service department who answered my question about the adapter. If I had PEX it would have taken about an hour to install. I am so so so happy to have finally found an answer to my clean drinking water issues! It tastes so clean and I love having easy, unlimited access to drinking water. Bye bye to refilling the water picture, hello countertop space! I ordered this for my home off the coast of Honduras (Utila). It takes about 30 days for packages to arrive on the island. About 3 days after installing this, it failed. I called the company from Honduras, they apologized and said they would send a replacement. I am only on the island part of the year, so the next time I went down, I brought the new UV light with me. Within hours of connecting it, I again got the dreaded "red light", which means the unit failed. Now I cannot get the company to back their product. They refused delivery of the package (sent with the RMA label that THEY provided me) containing both failed lights. They refuse to simply refund my purchase price. Having just moved my family to a rural property on well water, I wanted to ensure our drinking water is safe. The Acuva Arrowmax 2.0 UV-LED water purifier with smart faucet ticks all the boxes. Super easy to install, no plumber or electrician required. The you tube installation video is clear and comprehensive (How to install the Acuva ArrowMAX 2.0 UV-LED Water Purification System). The faucet is of a good height and has very elegant styling. The faucet glows blue when in use, the bonus is my kids are drinking more water as they like seeing the blue glow!
