I ordered an ActiWE WX07. A Rubicon DX17 was delivered instead, a day early. I called and spoke with the company (Active Mobility) customer service. They shipped a product that cost $100 more at no additional charge. I was very impressed by their desire to help and called at least four times over the next several days to resolve various minor issues. One of these issues was a flat tire that would not pump up. They sent a representative to my home (a drive of around 50 miles) with a replacement wheelchair. I cannot say enough for the exceptional quality of their customer service. I tested the new wheelchair on the sidewalk. Unfortunately, it drifted into the street every time I tried to traverse a neighbor's driveway. The Rubicon DX17 has very good power for flat surfaces, but could not traverse a slope of approximately 8 degrees. As I result I returned the product via the representative who drove to my home. My refund was provided that same day. I would give the company that sells the product 6 stars for exceptional service. Unfortunately, I can only give the product one star. ... show more

Love the chair. Sturdy, nice looking. Wider than expected. Quiet comfortable .Control is slow to start moving.could be safety measure. The remote control closes and open and moves the chair but as far as I can see, it doesn’t turn it on or off? It travelled well. Fits in any car. Size of a large suitcase .used it on grass and gravel roads. It works. I can always turn it to manual when needed. Bugs me that the remote control does not turn it on and off so I can bring it to my Location ... show more

Was had to hook up the battery after unpacking. Hard to control on my local roads that have a crown on them. Much better on a flat surface like in a store.
