I have a couple of these stools so it's very quick and easy to use when you just need a quick step. It is sturdy. You can stand on it but I wouldn't like jump up and down on it. I would recommend.

I needed a small stool and this one is definitely small. It seems sturdy enough for the use I have planned for it but I don't know if I would trust it up to the advertised 300 lbs. It's light weight and folds into a very compact form so its just right for what I needed.
