When I purchased this laptop, the product description said that it had 16GB of video RAM and the laptop was labeled as a gaming laptop. When I received it, however, I noticed that this was incorrect. The graphics co-processor shares in the system RAM - you can check this by looking up "AMD Radeon RX Vega 8 1.90GHz" - which is 16GB. It does not have 16GB of its own. I messaged the seller to confirm, since Windows reported a generic rather than specific graphics chip in the system settings, thinking that maybe I needed an updated driver. They responded quickly at first telling me they'd check with their engineers. I waited 5 more days with no further contact, then packed up the laptop for return to Amazon. This is a decent laptop for everyday use, but if you're looking for something to run interesting video games, you'll be misled by the product specs. It shows up in Amazon computer searches that make it appear to be a super deal for a gaming machine - but it is not. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The laptop itself is made with a nice sleek silver look on the outside I love that it has a number pad. The processor and the 16 gb of ram make this beautiful computer a run as smooth as can be to the point where im even able to run a game like Lethal Company and also multi task at the same time. it's really fast, slim, has a great battery life and charges usb-c it's been a great laptop so far and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good laptop to do everyday functions for things such as school, light gaming & plenty more. Just opened up earlier this morning, everything is ready to go. Just plug it in and it takes 8-10 seconds to speed turn on the first time. Set up is super easy, like all other brand named windows laptop. AMD processor is user friendly for my online game, with great graphic and fast performance. Sound system is the surrounding type, which made it realistic during gaming.
