The media could not be loaded. So I purchased 3 of these in 3 different sizes. Not that they were bad, but two for me and one for my mother. First of all the chart is not really helpful so let me give you a better idea. My height and weight makes no difference here.. my weight is not yours and we all have different measurements because we distribute weight differently. So let me give you my measurements and you will have a better solid idea with what works for you. Bust: 42" / Waist: 38" / Hips: 45" Purchased XL: because someone said it should be like your shirt size.... if you're measurements are like mine you CAN fit into it and it's Solid, but it's tight and I KNOW that's the point but if you are waist training for the first time, you are not going to be used to feeling a bit out of breath, and a tightness that isn't as comfortable to move, but very very solid. Your body heat will make it more comfy but I didn't want to stretch out something that is meant to be tight and I would prefer to use it for exercise and I didn't want it to hinder my movement. Also it takes help to get the zipper up. It feels like armor for your upper body. That's how solid it feels. I will keep it to use it once I get a bit smaller. 2nd purchase: XXL: this size is still tight like it should be but I didn't feel out of breath. Zipper doesn't take a second set of hands to pull it together. I can do it myself with some manauvering but I can. It feels supportive and with exercise it gets more comfortable but NOT loose. It still is very solid but doesn't feel like armor. Last but not least 3rd purchase sz L (Pink Leopard 14.5" at the narrowest in point of the trainer) : Waist: 30.5"/ Hips 40.5"/ Bust: didn't let me measure but 36C bra size This one was for my mom... She is smaller frame, waist... Alas everything smaller than me. It fits my mom like a glove. She said another size down she wouldnt be able to breathe. I guess the only con I will say which makes sense is, this is a stretchy material all around, and the two bands that wrap around you can stretch a bit with your heat so you may need to readjust to make it as tight as when you put it on your body before you worked out. I added the picture with each size on top of the other and the measuring tape so you can see the difference from the other and it might influence you on the size you need to work with your own measurements. Also I measured from the top of it to the bottom of all of them. They have the same size in length so if you're a shorter torso or longer torso... you now know if that too will work for you. I bought this waist trainer because i gave birth a month ago and had a c-section I already have a waist trainer but it was to tight for me and I didn’t want to hurt my scar ( it was a colombian waist trainer) This waist trainer is comfortable and not to tight got xL fits perfectly I bought mamisan from here going to start putting it and see if my stomach goes back like it was before having my baby.. First impressions. I will update the review later.. <Aug.22.2020> I am 5ft 165+ lbs. I wear size 12 shorts&pants (@oldnavy - go look for measurements & compare if needed) Mom of two. I wear large & extra shirts. I ordered a Size Medium with three velco straps. I got in with ease. After 20 minutes I was able to move from the first hook to the middle hook.●Comfortably!!● This is why you go a Size down (round down in inches). Because we can all squeeze into something that doesn't fit lol. No harsh metal rods on the sides which made me question if it's worth it. Once I strapped the Velco straps - I felt better about it. It's long enough to cover my mom pouch - instead of pushing it out like others 💕💕 The back is not bubbling out or binding horribly. It's taking shape to my actual body <fat> ***my tip is to start from the bottom and work up with the hooks*** Looks cheap - no zipper on my the 3 Velco strap trainer. Let's see how this works out ... show more

Product cane fast and it perfect condition. I've been using it for about 3 days now and I love it! I bought a medium, I am 5'7", 135 pounds and have a 31 and half inch waist. The medium fit just right. I love how it can be adjusted to tighter or looser, especially with the straps to cater to whatever you are using it for. So far I've worn it to work, while working out and just when I've been out and about as well. It provides alot of back support and helps you stand and sit up straight. Also helped me sweat more during my workout to help lose water weight. It seems very durable as well, the materials used seem high quality. I highly recommend this product and if I ever do need to buy another one in the future, this is the one I'm buying! Very worth the price! ... show more

I’m a tall girl (5’8) that was looking for a waist trainer that provides coverage for my long torso and that would target my Fupa. I usually don’t provide photos with reviews but I wanted to really show you guys what to expect. This has been my favorite trainer by far providing that coverage I was looking for as well as comfort. I’m wearing a size large that is hooked in as far as it would allow. I would recommend ordering a size down as I should have ordered a medium but with the 3 straps I’m able to achieve the tightness I prefer. My only con is that this trainer doesn’t provide that sauna effect how others have for me in the past however, that’s a easy fix for me. ... show more

So listen ladies... I saw this and decided to order it . It arrived, am I was so excited... I try it, and struggled! Why? Cause I ordered the wrong size.. I should of order xl.. I ordered large! After fighting with it for a few mins, I managed to put it on.. I kept it on for about 6 hours..! At first it was uncomfortable cause it was super tight and it was very difficult to even try to pick something off the floor.. anyways I loves it and am going to keep wearing it everyday.. please order your size...
