Best part is that the backing of the product is secured into place with grooves instead of having to hammer tiny nails into particle board. This cabinet is awesome. It is not meant to be a piece of heirloom furniture but it IS meant to get a job done and it organizes and stores my teas and extra kitchen bits perfectly! The only issue I had with it was the sheer amount of parts. Take your time. It is not a fast project at all. I divided up into two days a little each day. This pantry is actually really beautiful and aesthetic. It came well packed, is sturdy, made of solid wood, is well designed and will fit in well in any room actually. It is also not super heavy and has tons of space for storage. The assembly took longer than expected as there were a lot of small parts but totally worth the time and efforts. This box came with an Amazon gift card too, which I was happy to give to the person that assembled it for me. Thank you to the seller for that. I love this cabinet! I wasn't sure before I ordered this if the storage doors would take space away from shelves inside but it doesn't at all. I bought a different cabinet also because I was afraid this one wouldn't hold enough and I wish that I had just bought 2 of these. Not only does it hold a lot but it is very sturdy and very nice looking the drawer inside is very nice also, I use it for my dish towels. I was able to fit my mixing bowls in the bottom which I was very happy about since I wasn't sure it would be wide enough. Pros: Price, Aesthetics, storage Cons: Lengthy delivery process (nearly a month), Installation (took me almost 7 hours with someone assisting), overall quality of materials. To expand on that last note, the materials are meant to give a wood-like texture and aesthetic but do not serve the functional purpose of quality wood. After following the instructions, I realized this shelving and cabinetry combo is not meant to hold the space it takes up. Every time I open and close the doors, I wonder if today's the day this thing will collapse in on itself. Hopefully, this is all in my head, but this does not seem to be a safe structure. I had very little trouble putting this together. There are many more parts to this than to any other piece of furniture I have assembled, and I've assembled a lot. Just have a large, clear space to work and take it one step at a time. Read the beginning notes before starting. Lay out the pieces or lean them against a wall in numerical and put the hardware packets in alphabetical order before starting. It'll pay off, I promise. Everything is labeled with either numbers or letters, which is very helpful. They tossed in a few extras of most of the fasteners, just in case. The cabinet is nice looking, but I'm not sure why there's still a little play in it. It's not quite as sturdy as I'd hoped. In fact, it's a little bit rickety, but it will do for our needs. The bottom right door is adjusted as high as possible, but still drags a bit when closing it. We are using it as a first aid station for our business. For that purpose, the shelves on the upper doors are very handy. It holds a lot of bandages, burn ointments, pain relievers, snakebite kits, and other items needed in case of minor injuries. (We have a farm and kennel. Lots of boo-boos.) For the price, it's a pretty good cabinet, but if you have children around, be sure to anchor it to the wall with the provided anchors. ... show more
