Description

This carpet will be made in 851-Gold Plush Cut Pile. Other colors and materials may be available in the selection above. This aftermarket carpet is a replacement for 1988 to 1998 Chevy Standard Cab Pickup Truck. Will fit either 2wd and 4wd models. Will fit 1500, 2500, or 3500 series. All of ACC custom formed replacement carpet kits are made in the USA and are heat and pressure formed to fit the exact year, make and model specified above. This carpet will be manufactured with our standard flexible polyethylene backing and unless specified, the jute padding will be attached in the foot area of the floor carpet kit. Installation may require trimming around the edges and the holes may need to be cut. PLEASE FIND THE INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS ON THE HELP TAB IN OUR STORE DETAILS PAGE. Not a bad carpet for the money and it fit my needs in my old work truck. But I wouldn't buy it for a nice vehicle where quality mattered. In comparison to the original floor mat it had very little padding and no heat shield over the transmission like the original padding did. It also wasn't nearly as form fitting as the original carpet. I made it work, but this carpet ISN'T A DROP IN UNIT. There is a lot of fitting, cutting and trimming to make this carpet work. When I bolted my seat down it did pull the carpet away from some of the areas where I fitted it up against. ... show more

Nothing like what I was expecting.does not look anything like what was in the truck and it doesn’t fit very well. I would not order it again. I needed the carpet that fits in the back wall of my truck and amazon didn’t carry it so I had to order it directly from the company. It’s approximately 2 x 5 and it was just a little over 40 bucks but then it cost me 18.80;for shipping. Seems to be great quality. But it isn’t “trim” a little for placement. I have a standard so maybe that’s the issue. Going to have to take out and purchase another one but will go with different make this time.

Carpet is great and new. I would rate it 5 star but just gave me a little hassle making the cuts and molding it on my 95 C1500 single cab. For the price, i would like the carpet to be molded and straight swap. I found one carpet already molded on a different website for the same price after i had replaced mine.
