East to install sadly no manual dint knoe what the other harness was for but its useless just zip tie it to the other cables your good also dosnt have easy acess to change out bulbs low and high beams thats a minus for me overall looks great on a old car

After having these headlights installed for two days my left headlight is oxidized. Bad seals and not worth the money. Worst part is seller doesn’t pay shipping back so I’m also losing $25 to send it back and uninstall these.
