This is a very attractive bed especially considering the price point. once assembled it seems very sturdy. However getting it assembled was a bit of a challenge. The instructions are a bit lacking but we got it done. I would suggest two people do the build and the overall package is very heavy but it is well packaged and complete. ... show more

We purchased the "caramel" king size headboard. This is a beautiful, somewhat rustic headboard. We purchased this for a mountain retreat and are very happy with it. The legs and frame are sturdy and holding a 14" king size memory foam mattress. The quality is high with smooth boards. One issue: the package was delivered slightly banged up. It did not look like there should be any damage and yet, one of the headboard legs was broken. We were heartbroken. At first Amazon said it would have to be returned. As I said, this is in the mountains so it would not be easy. We just wanted a replacement leg. Amazon reached out to the vendor and then connected us. They said they would help with the return if we were not able to find a resolution. The vendor was great. They asked for pictures and a description which we provided. They then agreed to send us the leg. They sent it right away. We received it and it is in place and looks great. ... show more

The bed came well packaged. Double boxed and the stroganoff was wrapped in plastic to keep the mess at a minimum. The bed went together very easy and I had it fully assembled in less than an hour. Great quality hardware and supplied tools made the assembly super easy. Once complete the frame is super solid and there is not a squeak to be had, but that might change over time, but I doubt it.
