  • Essential tools
Essential tools for cleaning airbrushes and paint bottles. This is a replacement for a set that has seen better days after 15 years of daily use. Highly recommend.

  • The bristles on the small one wear off a lot after roughly 10 or 12 uses.
The larger brushes work good, it's the smallest one that tends to loose bristles. The other items work great.

  • Airbrush cleaners . . .
A dirty airbrush wimple will not work, and most airbrushes are finicky about their degree of cleanliness. this small batch of tools helps b=keep my airbrushes happy and, when I need the airbrushes, when they're happy, I'm happy! A welcome addition to my airbrush tool kit . . .

  • Not for an airbrush.
Probe/picking tool is handy but pin needle files are too big for any airbrush. They are suited for a large spray gun

  • The pick alone is worth the purchase
For your money, you get some very good tools. The brass nozzle pick is worth it in and of itself. It's flattened on one end, so it scrapes everything out of your nozzle tips. It does a very solid job, and I've already noted better performance out of my cheap airbrush. The brushes to well, but if you have a fixed-cup airbrush or very small orifices to get around, they become somewhat difficult to use. That being said, they're simple plastic bristles, so they clean up very easily. The third set are basically the brush stems without the bristles, and they work fairly well for pushing out any junk that you couldn't get with the pick or the brushes. They do feel like the weakest part of it, but they're still very usable if you get creative. The smaller brushes to tend to bend up if you push too hard, but they're not bad. All in all, for as cheap as this set is, it works quite well. ... show more
