We purchased this netting for our Pergola that measures, between posts, 12 feet x 10 feet and is 9 feet high. The netting measures 12 feet x 10 feet and is only 7 feet 3 inches high but we knew that going in. We are using it to prevent birds from dirtying our Roman Opus Concrete Patio floor under he Pergola - not for mosquito prevention. This screen replaced one that had gotten ripped during one of our Nor’easters. It was easy to install and makes our gazebo look brand new. It has loops rather than grommets but they work just as well. I don’t know about durability since it’s only been up for a week. One suggestion is that it should have ties at the bottom corners to keep it down in breezes. I took ties off the old one and sewed them to the new one. Problem solved! ... show more

Took a chance with this one, outta the many others out there. Just installed it yesterday, with a little help from my wife. The top seems well made and only time will tell how long it will last. The fit is tight but I prefer it that way, just take your time and pull easy. Love the velcro instead of the ties like the original, for the upper piece. Okay looks great fits great and the added velcro on top for the vent was a great addition. Needed at least one tag to indicate 10ft or 12 ft, this made the install a little frustrating. It is a lighter fabric and doesn’t have that extra backing like the original but that’s okay as it maybe less hot. The square stitching is the selling point on this being a lighter fabric. Over all great I hope to add a end of summer review on if it lasted a Michigan summer with the wind rain and crazy weather. ... show more

Installation was easier than I read on other reviews. Install opposite corners first to make it easier. This is a great deal for $90! Get this as your replacement! You will NOT be disappointed!

During this monsoon season my last canopy was turned into tattered shreds, by windstorm 2. and so I got this one During the middle of it. 110 plus temperatures, high high wind monsoons every other day. This canopy is a true champ. I honestly did not expect this canopy to be rip free after a few crazy storms, especially after baking in the desert sun, But it still looks brand new. Yes, it is water repellent. Im under it during just rain and i also put the hose high pressure to wash off some birdie business. Water just Rolled right off, didn't penetrate the cloth what so ever. 110% Pleased ... show more

Easy to install, but make sure you get all top corners in first. If you stretch it out and miss a corner you can rip the canopy. During heavy rain it drips a little but not too bad. We've had a lot of high winds and the canopy has handled that very well. I did buy a 2nd one so we would have a replacement since we learned 1st hand if you miss one of the top corners it will rip. We have a small tear but the tear hasn't ripped any further and actually held together pretty good so far. ... show more

Looks like the original, and that say's a lot. Could not find a close fit until we found this one, we love it. I must say it was a 2 person job though, and the fit was very tight. My guess is it needed to warm up to stretch better, but when we got it on we were so pleased with our purchase. Nice gauge to the fabric, not like copy cat ones we have tried in the past. ... show more
