    • Measurements are wrong! But otherwise good

I have a deck that is *just* over 8 feet wide (that gets direct, blazing hot sun since there is no overhang or patio cover), so it has been challenging to find one of these that will fit on it and still provide any meaningful shade. This one *should have* had a few inches of clearance, but they fail to tell you that the measurements are based on where the poles hit the ground. The canopy part actually sticks out a few more inches on each side. So it actually did NOT fit on my deck as planned because there is my house on one side (so the poles aren't flush with the house) and a railing on another side that prevent this. And we were trying to fit in around my sliding glass door but had to move it so that one pole was actually in the stairway to make it fit since we could squeeze the whole thing (all four poles) in between the house and railing due to the overhang hitting the house (after MANY hours of arguments and finagling). PLUS, the light fixtures on the house that protrude were in the way to even slide it into place, so we had to buy new light fixtures and swap them out just to make this fit (not something we're good at, and made a mess with the silicone sealer, and still trying to re-sand and paint the outside of the house because this totally messed everything up due to these inaccurate measurements). It looks good now that it's set up (other than destroying the surface of my house, which is still in shambles) but they really need to be more clear about these measurements. IT'S MORE THAN EIGHT FEET IN EVERY DIRECTION!! Also was a pain in the butt to set up (the directions SUCK), and many of the plastic rings that hold up the curtains broke immediately during installation. Also (knew this was an issue before we ordered but could not find anything better), why on earth are there grommet holes in the top? What are they for? There is already ventilation between the two top pieces (without letting rain in, unless it were raining sideways like a hurricane), so we cannot fathom the purpose of the extra holes on top. Really was hoping to get something waterproof for when it rains but obviously those holes make that impossible. This was the best we could find without having something custom built, but clearly has some issues. ... show more

I love the gazebo and sit in it daily. The assembly instructions were not complete, leaving me to guessing but I figured it out easily. It is sturdy and a wonderful shelter when you’re outside. I love it!

I’ve been looking a gazebo for our backyard and I’m so happy I bought this. Easy to instal. It is a great size for our family and if we have a party in our backyard. It gives great shade for sunny and rainy weather. I am impress by the quality and sturdiness of this gazebo. It is a plus also that it comes with a mosquito net. Now we can really stay longer in our backyard. Since I got this we always have good compliment from our neighbors and friends coming to our house. Whoaa I am impressed with this canopy. Its heavy duty. Where I live we have some pretty crazy wind and my other canopy didn't last 1 season. This one is made to last. This is a lovely arc canopy 10'x10' patio outdoor gazebo with a soft canopy double roof. This is the most attractive set for our backyard gazebo, which includes mosquito netting for shade and rain protection. This is really stunning and perfect for our backyard. The sturdiness of this canopy has me blown away! This gazebo steel frame's strength and stability amazed me. It's solid and very sturdy. It is easy to use and move and comes with some plastic curtain rings for hanging the netting wall. I also like that it come with 2 tiers for a fresh and comfortable environment for your outdoor space is provided by the two-tiered vent top for air circulation. The leg extensions were the simplest I'd ever seen or used, just press the button and it will be release. The frame is built of high-quality steel that has been powder coated for rust protection and added durability. It can survive a variety of weather conditions and resists chipping, peeling, rust, and corrosion. This canopy is composed of water resistant 180G+PU polyester fabric. This gazebo's drainage holes and peaked design contribute to its water resistance by keeping water from gathering. The two tier weather-resistant polyester roof preserves appropriate airflow and helps reduce heat and wind stress on the canopy in windy situations. This was delivered in very compact yet protected package. The instructions for the assembly was very clear and easy and i was able to install this with very basic tools. Good thing about metal structure is all holes were aligned properly which made this assembly process smoother than I expected. Once assembled this whole set including curtains seem very sturdy. I was hoping for a heavier fabric. Installing was fairly easy though. There was one attachment that was bent. Took some ingenuity to fix and connect. We will see how long it holds up. Really would be good if this was designed with screen. Or at least dual rods so if I wanted to attach screens I could. Was having the hardest time finding a tent with a color scheme that went with my home. If there was something better out there I definitely would have went with it.
