I bought this in March of last year so over a year ago and it’s been up covering my back porch the entire time. My husband anchored the legs to the concrete and we live in the south so it’s withstood all of these bad storms and extremely high winds we have had. I am very impressed and would buy it again. DO NOT BUY THIS. AT ALL. CHEAPLY MADE.. ONE BIT OF A WIND AND ITS GONE. It was a bit windy today, nothing to insane, and this thing crumbled. It was bolted to the wooden deck. Legs bent. Plastic clips that hold it snapped. It is destroyed. Had it up for literally three days. It is made of cheap flimsy metal and plastic. Absolutely would never buy this again. Complete waste of money. The quality is pretty good and it's nice looking for temporary tent/canopy. It's easy to put together, but the included instructions are terrible. A QR code to connect to a instructional video would be a nice addition. It has a sturdy metal frame that can easily support things like string lights hung from the top. It's not bug proof, but it it seals up nicely on all sides. The vent at the top has large gaps that open if there is a breeze and flying insects can enter this way, especially at night if you have lights up there that will tend to attract insects. The canopy fabric is made from a moderate weight plastic, so I am concerned that it may tear in very strong winds or storms, or small tree branches falling during the spring/summer/fall season. It is not meant for year round use in cold weather climates (i.e., it will not support the weight of snow and ice). It would be nice if a replacement canopy was available, but another reviewer mentioned this is not the case. Functionally it is good. Once it's all zipped up and closed, most bugs will be kept out and you will likely stay dry in a light rain. However, it is also awkward to zip and unzip the side panels to let people in and out. It would be nice if at least one side had a way to more easily open and close it for ingress/egress. Overall, I like it and hope to get at least a season (or two) of use out of it before the canopy tears beyond duct tape's ability to repair it. ... show more

This is a great gazebo. During of a wind storm the cover ripped. We contacted the company and they were fast to responded and worked with us to get a replacement. Shipping was fast. I will use this company again in the future.

We’ve had this for 2 and a half years now and it’s time to replace with something sturdier. But it’s been good for what it is. Durability: We left it out almost year round in a Midwest climate. I’ve had to tape, replace bots, and reinforce to keep this thing standing. And after a couple of months in the summer sun the canopy becomes thin and rips easily. I did not use a uv spray on it. Assembly is not easy but not awful. It’s easier with two people. The netting takes a while to put up. Despite the patching needed, we really have loved this gazebo. Great shade, good airflow, looks nice, the netting is great. It was worth two seasons, keeping it up all the time, but now that it’s almost completely fallen apart I’ll be looking for a more permanent solution. I’d recommend this if you’re willing to take it down when not in use (due to durability) and won’t be using it constantly (set up takes a bit). You could also try shoring up the joints right away and uv spray on the canopy and you might get more than 1-2 years leaving it up. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We are very happy with our decision to purchase this tent. It was easy to put up even though the instructions are just pictures. Our install: The corners are in flower pots filled with large rocks we purchased at our local home building supply store. We bolted the legs to the bottom of the pots using the hole in the bottom of the leg where the stake would go. Then we filled the sand bags (that came with the tent) with sand, attached them with the Velcro provided. We filled the bottom of the pot with small gravel rock then filled the top half with large decorative rocks. The two legs by the garden area in the picture are also staked with the provided rope. We didn’t have a place to stake the side closest to the camper. We have 15-20 mph winds daily. Last night we had a storm system come through with 30 mph wind and gusts in excess of 40 mph. The frame and tent performed extremely well. Everything stayed tied and in place with no damage at all! The video was taken during the daily wind gusts. The last picture was taken this morning after the storm. Overall a great product at a great price. The only thing I would change is to make the screens a bit wider. They won’t all zip and fit to close around the flower pots we are using to secure the tent. (The would close if we only used the sandbags, but I’m not certain the sandbags alone would have held the tent in the storm.) I plan to order extras screens to allow for the extra room needed. ... show more
