I am so happy woth this gazebo! I was nervous because of some of the reviews but it is great! Easy to assemble and very sturdy.! We just had high winds last night...about 30-40 mph, and it held up just fine! We do have it anchored to the concrete patio it is on. I did have a small tear in the smaller top portion when I received it, but the company was very responsive and sent me a replacement within 2 weeks!!! I sprayed some Scotchgaurd water repellent on the top just for extra protection because it did drip through a little after a heavy rain. I love it! ... show more

My sister purchased this exact canopy last year for her back deck. I loved it so much that I bought one for my yard too! The instructions were easy to follow. For reference, I’m a 5’2” female, and I assembled the entire thing start to finish in roughly an hour and a half. I’m very pleased with the quality. I purchased the larger size canopy and it fits perfectly over my 6 seater table. I haven’t had mine long, however my sister is into year two with hers and it still looks great. I would highly recommend anchoring it to the ground, as we had a fairly windy day and it started to lift from the ground. It did come with some stakes, but my husband used some screws and was able to anchor it into my concrete patio. Overall, very pleased with my purchase!!! ... show more

Rustiic Red Gazebo The Gazebo was purchased June 2023 . We waited a couple weeks to put the gazebo up. once the gazebo was assembled. It was really nice. We sat up under the gazebo few times in July and August A couple of months later. We notice the top of the canopy was faded really bad. We started reaching out to Amazon. By that time the 30 day returned window was over. we understood that well. There's something called a manufacturer warranty. 2nd time we Called Amazon again, I was given information to the Manufacturer company. Tried to contact the manufacturer company via phone. No one never answered the phone. I work during the day and don't have time to be on the phone or emailing often. 3 -4.months have gone by. Trying to get in contact with the Manufacturer company Called Amazon again the later part of December and was given the manufacturer contact email instead of the number finally. I emailed a certain department which was given by a CSR. And Email the manufacturer company in a different department that was given. Sent information they requested but, were told the top of the canopy warranty expired which were past the 6 months, which I didn'tknow. I thought that the entire gazebo had at least a 1 year warranty. By the time I got in contact with someone via email the top of the canopy was out of warranty. I called Amazon CS again And told him that the top of the canopy warranty expired and nothing could be done by the manufacture company. I was given another number and Email address by CSR. I was told I was.given incorrect information and the email address and number should be the right department And they would be able to help with the correct information that was given at the.time. However, up until now. 03/30/24 Once, I reached out to the correct department. Nothing could be done with the top of the canopy at all. But, their asking by a diagram which part of the brace or bracket needs to be replaced. At this point the entire canopy/gazebo is shot. From the top of the canopy to the brace, netting and strings to tie the curtains back. Less than a year the entire canopy is shot. Spring is here and summer is rolling around again. The images is the faded top of the canopy, the broken brace and the faded curtain with broken ties and strings to pull the curtains back This is now the 8th month of having the gazebo set under it a few times..no enjoyment at all. I understand the change of weather and seasons but, this is ridiculouas, not good quality at all. Money wasted. Not worth it! Bad experience and the company will not communicate with you via phone during business hours. It goes to voice mail. I read the reviews before purchasing. That's why I purchased it. You have good and bad. I had a bad experience. Till this day nothing is being done. Not worth it!. I will never purchased from ABC canopy again through Amazon or Directly. ... show more

First thing is DO NOT go by the instruction manual PDF on the product page (just above reviews)....it took us 30 minutes or more to realize that it was the wrong manual. And the manual that came with the gazebo was buried in the plastic bag within the canvas...without it, you are screwed, so make sure you find it!!! And as instructions or installation guides go, it is not great...Also note, contrary to a couple of reviews, it did not come with sand bags for stabilizing the corners. We put ours on a deck and the flange at bottom of the corner pipes have two holes and we screwed it to our deck....Most of the parts are labeled with letters/#'s and that was very helpful. Stretching the canvas over the gazebo frame is a bit hairy as it felt like it was going to tear...my guess is that #1 we can not leave this up thru the winter, and thus #2 taking it down and trying to put it up next Spring will probably result in tearing the corner pockets. So for us it may be a disposable gazebo, only time will tell. Looks great, looking forward to sitting outside at night without mosquitoes up our butts. Took my wife and I about 2 hours to put it all together...hanging the mosquitoe netting was tedious and it is not obvious where the netting should be started so that the net zippers are in middle of every side....the plastic shower rings are cheap and as one reviewer noted might be better replaced with reg shower rings. We have rain coming in next couple of days and so we shall see about how waterproof it is. ... show more
