  • Does just want we needed, needs better straps
Color: beige
Does just what we needed to keep rain away. The straps didnt work right though as the velcro isnt in the right directions to work so we have to make shift tie them up there to work.

  • Just three velcro straps. One in the middle and one on each end.
Color: White
I thought that it had velcro down each side. Just a velcro strap in the middle and on each end. As it rained, the gutter filled up and pulled the ends in, dumping rain all over. I was going to return but I decided to keep it and sew velcro all the way down each side.

  • Great gutter if you add cable ties
Color: orange
Mid-rain field report! We are at our town Fall festival launching marshmallows at our church tent. We have 2 of the 10x10s and the rain gutter. First heavy rain just came through and it went great. The gutter needs more Velcro straps to create a downhill channel from the middle to each edge.you can do the same with cable ties. Standard or even longer cable ties will probably need to be chained together to go from the canopy frame of the one tent to under the gutter material and up around the adjoining tent's canopy frame then back around to complete the loop. The straps should come off each edge up to the canopy from each edge or the gutter could have a downhill shape that attaches to the Velcro horizontal wall strips on each canopy. But we are otherwise very happy. You will want a bag of cable ties and cutting pliers and someone tall or a step stool to rig this properly. Update: We finished the festival with a wet Sunday. The canopies and gutter worked great. If you have it rigged correct, there should be some kind of steady stream of water trickling from each end of gutter and no pooling water near the middle. Just gently lift the sections that are pooling until the water pours out and add another cable tie at that point, paying attention to the downhill flow of water that you want. ... show more

  • Terrible design. Not worth it.
Color: royal blue
Do not buy this. It is a complete waste of time and definitely not worth the money ABC charges for it. The pop-up canopies have Velcro all along the roof sections, so one would think the gutter would have Velcro all along both long edges and that it would be tapered so that it's lower one end than the other. When the rain runs off the rooves and between the two identical canopies, it would channel the water to the lower edge. Seems pretty simple, and for the money it cost, that's what I would expect. What I got is a long strip of the canopy material with some long straps of Velcro that are spaced out too far apart to be useful, and I only got the loops, not the hooks, so I had no way of attaching them to themselves. No Velcro along the edges, no tapering to the "gutter" itself. It rained overnight and the gutter filled with water, sagged in the middle, and the water ran over the side of it into the "dry space" rather than to the end. Save your money and buy a 10ft section of plastic half-round gutter and some zip-ties for half the price of this junk. ... show more

  • Great idea complicated setup
Color: gold
We got this because we visit weekly Farmer's Markets and we knew rain was coming so we bought this for our booth. We should have done a practice run before the rain but we thought we knew best. The day of the market we started setting up in the rain and this was the first thing we put up, after the canopies, of course, we didn't realize you have to kind of adjust this thing perfectly or else water collects and we did not notice water was collecting until it was too late and water doused us and our products like a waterpark attraction. Back to the topic at hand, this is a great product but make sure you do a practice run to make sure everything flows and doesn't collect. ... show more

  • Terrible
Color: black
A foot short and a dollar to much, this was a reorder of a gutter that I had gotten last year, so that I could attach an additional tent. But after waiting for months, because of being out of stock. They finally got back in stock, but did not send it to be, even though I had preordered. I had to order another one and have Amazom cancel the first order. When I finally got to use it, this past weekend. I find that it is a foot short, and that it is nothing like the previous gutter. Now I did have to add additional hook fasteners, to my first gutter as well. but this just made the water hit the inside of the tent, instead of flowing outside. Plus they added additional attachments at the ends that do nothing but get in the way. An 8 foot gutter for a 10 foot tent. ... show more

  • Work great when you get them adjusted right.
Color: Yellow
Used a bunch of these this afternoon for a tailgate. Thunderstorms - no fun! At first, we had a hard time putting these on our pop-up tailgate tents, but when we got them adjusted, they were amazing! A bit of an update on these. We use these on 10x20 tents, and yes, they still work on these tents. From what we've seen, these do not have a pre-set downward slant - you decide how much of a drop there is as you move from one side to the other. Other gutters out there don't work well with a 20' long connected side, since they assume the rain can drain out both ends of the gutter. These work either way. As shown in the pictures, these connect to your tent with velcro straps. They don't velcro to the sides of your tent, but the straps go up and over your tents' side poles - the poles that 'accordion' to expand the sides of the tent. So these gutters aren't as simple to set up as others that are made to specifically fit tents with velcro already installed, but, OTOH, they should be able to mount to just about any pop-up tent out there. They've worked with both our older 10x10 tents and our newer 10x20 tents. ... show more

  • works great if you have matched canopies
Color: Gray
Works as described. works best if you have the same model canopies. I have different model easy ups and the heights are slightly different. This just makes a little of a challenge to attach the gutter and keep it even.
