The first one I received had incorrectly drilled holes and could not be put together. The seller immediately sent out a replacement and that one had no issues, was easy to put together and works as advertised. Good experience with a non-amazon seller.

    • Poor angle and placement of head/neck pad
upon beginning of exercise, the neck/head pad slides up under the shoulders. This makes the intended crunch movement very difficult to do properly.

It is okay. It is really big. Way bigger than you think. Not easy to store because it's so large and clunky. Being over 300lbs I was hoping to get something to help me do my sit ups and crunches.
