I really like these earcups as the cups that came from the box were a bit too soft for me but the faux leather cups that I bought are really comfortable and make it so I can barely hear outside noise and 4 months later there is 0 signs of wear and tear. Both the ear pads and crown pad fit perfectly and thanks to the design of the headset, were as simple as you could hope to install. They are very comfortable and cut down on outside noise quite a bit. They replaced my now 4 year old headphone pads which I didn't even realize were as bad as they were until installing these replacements. My headset feels brand new now. ... show more

These are decent for the price and fit the headset nicely, no issues there. Only thing I would say is blanket like material on the pads are a little weird. They are still soft and comfortable, but if you are worried about your ears getting hot and or prefer a more leathery type material or the material the headset comes with originally, then look for other options out there. These work as they should, However, there more thicker then the Astro ones so the Sound is off at first, so you will need to mess with your EQ, they will also fit into the Astro Base so you can still Charge your Headset, just need to push down firmly when doing it, other then that i have no problems with them! ... show more

I have pretty large ears and a head large enough that the A50s have to be at the maximum size setting to fit. With the standard ear pieces they push on my ear and the standard rest at the top of the head pushes hard onto me. With these mods, my ears fit INSIDE the ear pieces, and the top part is much more padded, making an overall more comfortable experience. ... show more
