They fill up very easily, especially if they are able to be dunked completely. Very sturdy - so do have micro-holes in them because of throwing them on the concrete but it doesn't really effect how much water they hold because they are thrown so quickly. My 4-year and I had so much fun chasing each other around the backyard throwing these at each other! They didn’t hurt when they hit you & they exploded effectively as they did, just like an old-fashioned water balloon would. We had so much fun & I got running quickly enough that I thought I could kick the dog’s ball really hard & give her a good run. As an adult sometimes you have to let your inner child go wild! On my recent family reunion trip, we rented a house and had a blast around the pool with these. All ages were involved 12-60+ The magnetic capabilities to close and keep the water inside was genius. They are kind of thick and hurt if your throwing bullet passes lol. They were also used to cool down for anyone sun tanning. The only downside is if you have a pool boy that stays in the pool and cleans the bottom they can get sucked into the machine. With how hot it's been here, I'm happy to have found a happy-medium for water balloons. Not having to clean up rubber balloon messes is really nice, as well as not overusing water. With these, I can just fill a bucket and set it outside. My kid knows how to use them, they were very easy to figure out, and he has a blast playing with his friends. Very durable, not breakage yet. I was on the fence about these, but I was also tired of picking up balloon remnants in my yard. They are absolutely awesome and worth it. Yes, a little expensive for water balloons, but it's worth the price of not picking up pieces and having to help refill balloons. The kids just used a bucket and they played over an hour! These are so much fun. We play with them in the pool. Highly recommend. They do hurt if thrown too hard, but so do regular water balloons. These are amazing. I have a daycare and we play water balloons every week. I was filling at least 200 water balloons every time. These were a life and time saver. The kids are able to do them all by themselves and they get to play longer because they can just keep filling them.
