  • Good clone, fooled a few coworkers with it
Other than the small dogs this is a perfect clone of a 395xp. I don’t know if this is the norm but mine came with a NGK plug and a Walbro carb so I was pleasantly surprised by that. I’ve been babying it so far for break in but even on smaller logs and avoiding wide open throttle it rips just like the real ones we have. Starts great and everything but I attribute that to the quality plug and carb. Hot start is always one pull so far and I run 40:1 mix in it. No bar oil leak on mine and everything operates as it’s supposed to. Don’t really need the decomp so I’ll replace it with a plug, this thing is seriously easy starting for a big saw, I have others that give me way more of a fight. I plan on porting it after it’s broken in as a practice of getting into the hobby and I’ll report back in cylinder quality and any notice about internals. ... show more

  • Great saw
So far I've ran about 4 tanks of fuel through this saw and I've had no issues. The plastics are almost the exact same quality as a real Husqvarna. It ran a little rich when I first started it so I adjusted the carburetor slightly and now it runs almost perfect. The chain brake, oiler, and recoil are all working well. The only complaints I have is that I can't adjust the idle speed as low as I like, and the compression release seemed to be junky. It starts after about 4 pulls every time. It is pretty loud but not much louder than the Husqvarna 371xp that I've used. It's heavy but that's to be expected with one this size. It seems to be a good saw so far, especially for how little it cost. I'm sure it's bound to have some small issues so it would be good to have some mechanical knowledge if you plan to buy one. That being said I still recommend getting one, especially if you're someone like me who won't use it enough to justify buying the actual Husqvarna model. ... show more

  • Great Saw
First, I just want to point out the seller does reach back out if you have issues, so great work on them. Tons of power, worked out of the box, but remember this isn't your dads old Husky, so… I flooded mine, but with some help, the seller showed me What I needed to do. Runs like a dream 🤙

  • Great saw!
Unbelievable saw and quality im very impressed with it so far starts right up works just like a 395xp from Husqvarna. I'm not sure how Husqvarna validates their price point after these "clone" saws came out

  • Well worth the money!
This G395XP is a beast . Runs and cuts great . Can’t tell a difference from an actual Husky 395XP . Would definitely recommend and would buy again.
