Overall it was easy to set up but one of the remotes did not work. The garage door guy said it just might be defective. Otherwise the rest of it works great!

Updated review: Within a couple days of sharing my below review, the seller proactively reached out and processed a refund for the full amount even though I couldn’t initiate the orders via Amazon. I truly appreciate such great customer service and would gladly buy from this seller again. Thank you! As simple as these remotes are to program, we couldn’t get them to work with our garage door openers. Only one of the two remotes had a working LED but neither would pair per the instructions provided or online guidance. Since they were for my elderly parents who live in another state, it took us too long to try them and now it appears I can’t return them. ... show more
