This is a revision as I was able to resolve an open concern that I had with this item with customer service, they are very responsive and considerate, as they resolved the issue. I had initially used this item for a weekend to mostly charge a single cell phone and some battery headlamps over the course of 3 nights, oddly the charger turned off randomly. I took it home and brought it into the office to charge my phone, watch, and headphones, again it turned off between 3 USB devices. What may have occurred and I'm still testing this, is that they device may turn off automatically if one of the devices reaches full charge, either way, this still a compact item and it does it job. ... show more

So I really wanted to like this power bank, but I just can't after the many mishaps that have occurred over a short period of time. My biggest gripe is that it doesn't hold a charge after the device has been charged completely. And the cigarette adapter is a total joke. It halfway works. Contacted customer service via email because that's all they had provided. Believe their stationed overseas in Asia somewhere. Although they've answered all of my inquiries, I can kind of tell that I'm not going to get any resolve. They've been giving me the run around. I'm currently shopping around for a more bigger, stronger & longer lasting power station. Needless to say I won't be buying from this company anymore. UPDATED ENTRY: 10/06/2024 I just wanted to come back and update my review as well as adjust the number of stars that was originally given in my 1st review. This is mainly due to the absolutely outstanding customer service that I had experienced from this company. Although I wasn't happy with the power bank that I had received, it was concluded that the unit sent to me was a dud, unfortunately. I rarely write reviews because honestly who has time BUT this thing is a BEAST!!! I just returned from a week in Cuba (yes it was planned and yes it was on purpose) and they have power outages frequently/daily. I wanted to be able to charge my fan and phone during said outages. When we had power for a few hours, I would make sure to charge the battery pack. I used the battery pack continually for over 10 hours and not even one bar disappeared meaning it was still fully charged. After a few nights with my very loud roommate, I also decided to use my white noise machine so so could sleep. Again I used my battery pack to plug in the noise machine and it lasted all night so I could sleep. I HIGHLY recommend this product. Do not hesitate in purchasing it.
